A bit of googling reveals that Adaptive AA might be to blame. Will let you know.

No idea why all the emblemsa are currpt tho. It literally looks like a stack of cards with the correct one on top, and they are all more blurry/pixelated.

Tried to screen shot the flashy thing this mornign but sadly it won't do it, it s clearly a local rendering problem rather than a game problem. I did notice I could see people through floors but to be honest I'd have a headache in about a minute if I actually tried to play like it. I'll try and vid it with my webcam instead maybe. Its bloody annoying, I have to leave the game and i'm not gaurenteed my spot back.

I think I had a similar problem as I too have an ATI card. I know its a long shot, but for some reason it fixed itself when I deleted the config_mp file and did a verify cache in steam. loaded multiplayer again and it just worked...
couldn't hurt to try it

Emblem corruption examples. Note the stacking and fuzzyness

Oh, and I did the cache check and defrag. No change. Dropped the filtering to bilinear too and that made no difference either. Will have a look at the anti-blah filtering too to see if that makes and difference.
