Hii.. Once again, one of the most necessary changes from the Foundation Patch was left out, moving the Smithy from T3/4 to T2/3. Considering this stupid building is necessary to recruit almost all mid to high tier units and apparently the AI still doesn't prioritize actually building it all that much, the Empire factions are still running around with low tier armies for way too long while the recruitment for other races has been vastly improved, including wonder of wonders, Bretonnian armies that field a lot of Knights.
