So in Off Topic we have started some threads on Fave Music, Gaming Past, Sports teams, GFX etc... So I thought right we dont have a Film Thread one needs to be made  So here you post, genres of films you like, favourite films, Films you are about to go see or even watch(ing), Films coming out in teh near future or Films you want to have a Sequel So im an Action/Comedy/War guy I have several Favourite Films My most favourite one is Saving Private Ryan. An absolutely epic film by Steven Spielberg that is a great Film to show what the soldiers don for the world back in WW2 and It also allows you to see what it was like for the soldiers during battle and how close soldiers are to each otehr and that they are like brothers to each other Also on June 6th is 67 years since D-Day when American soldiers captured Omaha BeachA trailer of Saving Private Ryan for people who may not have saw it. WARNING BLOOD & GORE IN VIDEO!! Another of my favourite films is Black Hawk Down yeah so seeing as I have posted 2 Action/War films I'll post 2 Comedies that are awesome as well Cop Out  I Absolutely F***ing love this film It is the funniest film I have ever seen and this trailer only shows some of the best bits Another one is Grown Ups Absolutely amazing I Could go on forever so Im just gonna list some Films I love as well The Bourne Trilogy The Lord of the Rings Trilogy Rush Hour 1-4 Saints & Soldiers I Am Legend The Expendables All of the Fast and Furious films Flags Of our Fathers Inside Man The Book of Eli A film I like that was made in England is called Green Street Hooligans. A boy at Harvard University is kicked out and goes to see his Sister in London. This film is all about Football Hooliganism and Football Firms and what Football Fans really get upto after games etc. A Firm is a Gang so in American the film is about Soccer Gangs  Watch The Trailer We Were Soldiers is another War film I love BEFORE SOMEONE ASKS BRAVEHEART IS NOT MY FAVOURITE FILM, NOT MUCH PEOPLE OVER HERE LIKE THE FILM!!! SO DONT ASK OR I WILL SWIM OVER AND KICK SHIT OUT YOU!!! NO JOKE |

Wow....that might have as well been my post thats basically exactly what I would have said. Those are all great movies and I am a huge fan of funny movies and historical/war films. |

STAR WARS (the old ones) The Labyrinth (with David Bowieeee <3) Dead Man (Western with Johnny Depp and entire soundtrack by Neil Young!) The Point (soundtrack by Harry Nilsson. This was my fav as a little kid) The Wall (Pink Floyd) The Exorcist (Best Horror EVER) The Good, the Bad and the Ugly The Lord of the Rings (great movies, books were better though) Here's a clip from The Point, if you guys haven't seen this movie go and watch it... Went to see Sucker Punch last month. Tis' AWSOME. <3 Hachi: A Dog's Tale - The japanese trailer, there is an english trailer but I like this one better. <3 I don't think I've cried so much at a film and I have to say it's one of my favourites. And I have to agree with Cass on the Labyrinth (David Bowie xD <3) |

I've herd that Sucker Punch movie was terrible, I hope it's good and I plan on giving it a shot still. My favorite of all time has got to be The Big Lebowski. Love it. Outside of that, Shawn Of The Dead, Snatch, Get Him to the Greek (I usually can't stand Russell Brand, but I almost died a few times during that movie), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's probably a few that I forgot to mention. |
