Personally, I can't wait! Its a shame its out only one week after the new DLC for RDR, but at least now I'll have more than one game that I play regularly.

Well, i've Dead Rising 2 Off the record next month, maybe Batman Arkham City, also coming out next month. As much as i love Gears it may wait for a while. Q4 is plagued with games without forgetting my PS3 in December.

(except Brotherhood has MP but i don't play MP so) The first AC game is the weakest, seeing at the time it was a new IP so its pretty much go there, get info, save civilian, steal a letter, tail a dude, kill the target, repeat. So do not base your opinion of the first game. Though by now its awfully cheap. ACII is probably my favorite of the three titles released so far, its an improvement over AC in every possible way, Brotherhood is a follow up to ACII and revelation will be a follow up to Brotherhood which also mark the last game featuring the protagonist of ACII and ACB.
