Anyone know anything about opening ports to make rtw work? Tried opening about 10 different ports on my specific router as well as a few for rtw specifically, but it doesn't seem to have worked. Also tried turning off any firewalls, yet still all i get is some failed to join message for almost every game. Most perplexing. A shiny red balloon for anyone who can help. |

there is some port fowarding program you can install that will probably solve your problem if you have the authorization to your own router. just google it |

www.portforward.com Contrary to popular belief, if you just disable hamachi in network properties before playing it works just fine. |

Check www.gameconfig.com For some reason simply opening the ports did not work for me either, you have to make an exception for all of them in the firewall. |
