They all look good. Yes, am melting right now. Love those butterflies, but my eyes keep going toward the Tort. Thanks for the explanation of why your decision to go full brother and sister. I know it's kind of frowned on, but did always read that it can be done if the genetics is really good. Sounds like a really good mixture. Hope you keep updating. And you said these are all bucks? Well, they'll definitely have a Good Mom in their background. You go Eve. Way to keep watch over your brood. Love that photo. Thanks NCK for sharing.

Look forward to the next update.

Love the little tort -- lol, is he the one who is getting in trouble? He just has that alert 'troublemaker' look in the photo.

Actually, it's one of the brokens (#3 on the far left) - but the tort's not too far behind him! lol He's just trying to look innocent in the picture.

Babies had a little tea party today...

Just so cute. Now what did you have to do to keep them concentrating on you and stay in place? I've tried making cute pics, and the Z-Tribe, forget it. You set them up, you go for the camera, and then turn around and poof they are everywhere. Playtime!

Love the pic.

Thanks!

lol ZRabbits, I know exactly what you mean! This was the ONE picture out of probably 15 that turned out. My sister was helping me position them in the cups and was there to catch them in case they decided to hop out.

Most of the shots turned out more like this...

lol - the most common question asked on the cavy site when someone posts a picture of several lined up. And the answer is always to the effect of patience, help, and 'thank god for digital' (you snap about a hundred to get one good shot). So worth it to get that awesomely cute picture though! And some of the 'outtakes' end up pretty cute too!

Thanks NCK. I thought you had some kind of "magical touch" that kept them still.

Absolutely love the pic of the Tort washing his face. "Getting ready for my close up, Mr. Deville". lol

...And my little tort. This guy is hilarious! He just wanted to sit up high on his front legs and show off his chest. He has the funniest poses and expressions. I think he's going to be my natural poser :) .
