=P :woot: Yeah!!! Now I can share pics!!! I've been wanting to for ages. So this our sable point's kit born 17 days ago. Only survivor out of 6. It's always been sleeping whenever I go out to play. Today it startled me by popping over the side of the box to peek at me :bundance2:

Hopefully you have it all figured out! If you want to post the picture right in your comment, this is how: upload your picture to Photobucket and resize it if it's large (I keep the proportions and type in 600-700... nice size so it doesn't mess up the post, but it's still big enough), then go view the image, on the side, there should be some codes - click on IMG code (it will copy automatically) then paste in your post. Your pic should be there. :D

What breed is this? Holland Lop? I think it's a VERY dark sable point - most likely technically a seal point - since it's on its own, I'm sure it wasn't as warm as it should be. Even in torts, if mine get cold they will be really dark at first. It's probably the same with sable points. That plus it probably being dark naturally, it looks a little "off". Update us as it grows, what a cutie!

Thanks for the info! I'll definitely try that.

Yes, Holland Lop. It has been on the cold side, it's been a struggle to keep it warm from the start. First timer. She's figured it out now and is doing well with her kit. 2 days ago it looked chocolate but that didn't make sense to me. Today, it looked like this. It promptly buried its body under the hay after I took this pic. Guess the photo shoot was just too much for it, lol.

With the parents in mind, plus the shading and the lighter color around the neck (shorter fur), I'd definitely say sable point. I wonder what it will look like as an adult? I have a sable point (technically seal point) doe and she's super dark... looked a bit similar to this one as a kit, but not quite as dark. Maybe because she had 3 siblings to warm her up.
