I think she's around 3ish months now? Maybe 4.![]() ![]() [this is how she'd LIKE to pose!!] For the lines, I LOVE her ears!! They're round (but not as open), THICK, and well furred. Something I've had a hell of a time getting on the otter/agoutis!! Critiques? ;D |

I really like her.. good shoulder placement, short body, looks to have nice HQ and very full to the table.. very good head development for her age too.. over all a very nice doe. I'd gladly have her in my barn any time..

Actually I like her pose better even though her back feet are off. Your pose the front feet are too far forward and she looks awkward. But she's stunning. I want more curvature to the skull. Well..like from the pictures its like a flat circle. I like mine's heads be more squarish. You know where the top of the head goes straight out, then curves down into the muzzle..make sense? Oh, I think she could use better color too but that's because I have agouti HL and I like to see that real vibrant, distinct chestnut color. I bet her rings are not too defined. Guessing she's out of otters or blacks? She's SOOO well balanced. Love the depth and the erectness of the ears. Awesome width. Possible a little narrow in the hindquarter but wow. She's an absolute FRUITCAKE. Getting her to sit still for a second, let alone long enough to take a photo is a task I'm not able to complete. XD one of these days when I have a full camera battery I'll get her to sit in a NORMAL pose, not one where she's stretching her front legs out as far as they can go. P: You're most certainly correct. She's not meant to be for chestnuts, she's completely for the otter/chinchilla program. So I certainly wasn't expecting any decent color out of the pairing, or from any chestnuts from the program. I think the head will come with time, after all, this is supposed to be the ugly period, isn't it? LOL!! |
