Yes, in Australia and the UK, a seal point is equivalent to what we call a sable point in the USA (and Aus/UK color name for what we call a seal point does not exist, other than calling it a sooty or smutty seal point)

Also a sooty fawn in Aus/UK is a black tort in the USA.
