A purchased a rabbit 25 days ago. The breeder told me she was "pretty sure" she was bred and even palpatated her. She told me she was due about two weeks from when I bought her. Well, so far no sign of kits or even nesting behavior. Can I go ahead and safely rebreed her to my buck or should I wait a full 32 days or so just to be safe?

I wait the extra few days to be sure. But I'm really really bad at palpating.

Did she tell you when she bred her or her due date? If not, I would wait about 10 more days just to be safe. :) Don't want to upset her if she is pregnant.
