Well, that was a resounding success :(

Ok, the link is a song called 'Kimbie'

The original song is an Applachian banjo song called 'I wish i was a mole in the ground' which wa recorded by and is associated with Basom Lamar Lunsford.

The song is mentioned by Salman Rushdie's character Ormus in his work, The Ground Beneath Her Feet

The name got changed to 'Kimbie' by Jackson C Frank probably, who was active in the London folk scene in the 60s and some people who heard him do the song also recorded it e.g. Marianne Faithfull, Nick Drake and others.

THe band Mount Kimbie referenced the Nick Drake version for part of the band name. Kai Campos is in the band and Tony Kus plays drums with them.

I preferred my mate Frank's guess. He thought the link as Mars Bar

1. Invented by Lansford
2. Google 'Marianne Faithfull Mars Bar' if you don't know the story
3. Salaman Rushie wrote an advertising slogan for Mars Bars (he did work in advertising and penned 'naughty but nice' for 'real dairy cream' )
4. Tony Kus likes/dislikes said confection.
