Happy birthday, Rum. Here's a taste of Dee Dee Bridgewater. I hope you enjoy it.

Many Happys Returns, Rum. Hope you've had/are having a good one - and you can look forward to Scotland scoring a few goals tomorrow.

Think Rum might like to wipe that one off the calendar! :'(

I watched that, Gibraltar's first ever goal in international competition :( It did finish 6 - 1 to Scotland but it wasn't pretty.

Thanks to everyone for their best wishes <bubbly> I had a brilliant weekend.

We went to the Trinity Theatre in T. Wells on Friday night to see 'Teechers' by John Godber, which was great fun.

We had lunch at Thackeray's in T. Wells on Saturday, which was brilliant, as always, and, although it has a Michelin star, has a very good value lunch menu.

I utilised my birthday voucher from Pizza Express (free bottle of prosecco) that they send me every year, for lunch on Sunday (sign up, it costs nothing).

All in all I can't complain, I had a great time all round. Next weekend, we are off to County Hall for afternoon tea (a Christmas present from the nieces and their husbands).

Better not get used to this I suppose :(
