There are a number of digestifs available to sort out your tum if you've eaten too much, my personal favourite is the Hungarian liqueur Unicum click here . My other favourite is a 'Lord Elgin' ( equal parts of port and brandy), which my mum was very fond of.

Have you eaten too much then RB? My Pop's favourite is the mighty handy bicarbonate of soda....marvellous for indigestion, eyelid cleaning (recommended by Moorfields!) and cleaning the inside of a fridge of odour...and under a pound for a little tub of white powder!

Not as nice as a Lord Elgin though. Maybe marginally nicer than Jaegermeister :)

BS: Yes it certainly is...one of those marvellous old fashioned and useful products like vinegar! RB: As you know, as we discussed it in another place, I still haven't opened my bottle of Zwack Unicam...the bottle is so sweet and sexy black that I do not want to open it!

C'mon guys, we are in the cocktail lounge! I'll take peppermint cordial, at a push, but bicarb and vinegar are under the sink, not in the cocktail cabinet. Has anybody tried the grape and grain remedy of the Lord Elgin?

No, we need a drink! a little snifter before retiring!

(can we have a champagne glass emoticon! I know where we can get one - from someone who has just opened a cocktail lounge and nicked our special Rumbaba emoticon!)
