Having elevenses (hee hee) and watched a piece on telly about how climate change is interferring with the production of the grapes and the volume percentage of alcohol, which has a half per cent lee-way either up or down to the maximum volume of 14% or 15%. Therefore wines may have a higher alcohol content than is actually stated on the label! The wine guy went on to say this applies particularly to the wines of Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and now even South of France...so all over the world really! erm
