I don't really know her music. I just remember big hair and glasses. |

We have On My Way To Where on an old cassette - and possibly Mythical Kings and Iguanas, too. She was essentially a lyricist - initially for film scores - and some of her lyrics were very good. She released a number of albums in the early 70s: as Wiki puts it "Previn's lyrics from this period are characterized by their originality, irony and honesty in dealing with her troubled personal life as well as more generally about relationships, sexuality, religion and psychology." This was just after Andre Privet had ditched her for Mia Farrow, about whom she wrote the song Beware of Young Girls. Edited by waiting4atickle, Feb 20 2012, 11:38 AM.
