"Well, I guess... but it did get pretty boring at time. I mean, if you ever got sick of your friends for a bit, you could always fall back on your brothers, right? Didn't have any of that freedom when I was a kid, and I guess I always wanted someone near my age who I could always trust." Enkai let out another shrug, before continuing. "Though I'm probably being too idealistic. I'm guessing siblings could be a pain as often as they were helpful? "And thank you," Enkai said upon receiving the dish. "And I'm still unsure. Elisabeth...?" Edited by Enkai, Thu 20 Oct 2011, 00:51:23.

"Ah, just give us another minute or two." Elisabeth said to the waiter, who left with a single "okay," before turning back to Enkai. "If only it was that way with me, before Christophe came, the closest age I had to a sibling was 4 years. And that was Edgar, who, really wasn't as sociable with me. Then you had Gregoire, but he was just intimidating." She shrugged about that. "But yeah, Gregoire also was a gracious brother, and Christophe was practically my best friend growing up. So yeah, sometimes it had benefits. Oh, I'm sorry, listen to me ranting on." |

"Nah, it's fine," Enkai said, now matching Elisabeth's smile with his own. "What was it that that hero of the Stone Wars said once? 'A life story can never be boring?'" Enkai proceeded to mutter under his breath: "Then again... I have heard some people say that Serena Forestry was hailed as a lunatic... "Anyway, perhaps we should decide what to order. We would not want to keep the restaraunt waiting..." |

"We'll never know if it's fact or fiction, as for ordering, I actually did already decide." Elisabeth said, she then added a little more. "I don't order unless everyone is ready, that's what our father taught all of us." |

"Oh come on, now you're making me feel bad," Enkai said, smiling to show that he was joking, before looking through the menu again. "Gah, so many of these sound really nice..." |

"There's no need to rush, but I can give a hint. Anything with alfredo sauce is a good start for Renaisian food." Elisabeth suggested with a smile. |

"Hmm..." Enkai said thoughtfully and looking through the menu yet another time. "How about the Fettuccine Alfredo, or had that been your choice?"

Elisabeth giggled. "You don't have to worry about getting the same order, and either way, it's not my choice currently. I want to try something I haven't before. So you ready? If so, call over the waiter." |

"Fair enough, then," Enkai said, as he raised his hand and waited for the waiter to come over. It didn't take very long for him to come over, and quickly ask if they had, "Decided on what you would like, yet?" "Yes, actually. The Fettuccine Alfredo for me, and for Elisabeth...?" Enkai allowed the sentence to trail off and pose as a question. |

"Ah, I will try out lasagna." Elisabeth said, without looking at the waiter, then handed him the menu. The waiter took Enkai's menu and headed off with the orders in mind. |

"Thanks," Enkai said, while the waiter went off, before turning back to Elisabeth. "Well, that went without a problem," he said, next, and after another moment's thought: "Hmm. Where had you learned so much regarding Renaisian food anyway?" |

"Oh, because my family was rich, thus we ate out once or twice a week, many times to cultural restaurants. I've had food from every land in Magvel." Elisabeth explained, still smiling with her usual cheeriness. |

"Hmm. Seems better than fish and a few of those Raustenian vegetables, at the very least," Enkai said with a shrug. "Still, it's quite amazing how much things've changed in the past few years. About a century ago, I don't think anyone would have imagined we'd have all of this science that we have today..." |

Elisabeth tilted her head slightly. "I guess so, science has done a lot within Rausten. Out of it, it just seems plain." |

"Nah, you can't really say that. Beyond science, this was - and still is - Latona's holy land. And we're the ones keeping Darkling in check, and we've also got the last Sacred Stone. Those are feats that the other countries can't reach, no matter how hard they try." |
