"There is no reason to assume they acted on the will, the will wasn't a factor in this meeting besides the father explaining to the witness that he would be in charge of Kay's hangout spot. Unless the witness or his brothers saw a part of the detail the will should stay out of this, and we should remain to use what was heard and not what could have been read."

"We're wasting our time with these pointless interjections, so if you will your honor decide whether to allow the will or not as evidence."

Prosecutor Godot has a good point, however we don't know what the will contained. So I suppose it would be best to check the will.

This silence is making me a little nervous.

Oh well, once the will is submitted we should be able to find a contradiction.

Wait, does no one have the will. Umm, unless you've had it all along, it might be back to square one.

We should think about this, something like the will shouldn't have been overlooked.
It could be that someone is hiding this piece of evidence to set up your client.
That someone could very well be the prosecution here.

[The hint is appreciated, but unnecessary. I figured it out a while ago. Been busy, you know?]

Your honor, I know where the will is, and I can prove it... With evidence.

Posted Image
Mr. Godot, you've been hiding the will, haven't you? Not on purpose, of course. To you, it must look like a blank sheet of paper, a completely unimportant document.

Posted Image
I have here the victim's favorite pen, which he carried with him at all times. It isn't too much of a stretch to believe that he would have written his will with his beloved pen, correct? Yet I also have with me a spare vial of ink, directly from the victim's person as well. I'll give you three guesses what color it is, and the first two don't count.

Posted Image
That's right, Mr. Sun always wrote with his favorite pen of red ink.

Remind the court once more of your visual abilities, Prosecutor Godot.

"It's true... I can't see red on white..."

"Who the heck writes important documents in RED INK!?"

"Well I apparently DO have the will in question your honor, but you can excuse my mistake due to my disability."

"It's understandable that you would overlook this Prosecutor Godot. we'll add the Will to the court record."
