Commander Fadio looked at the report he was given on his data pad and looked at every detail. It reported the finer details of the lab that he sent Alice's new squad into and the details on the attack in Speria. Everything seemed to move in a very fine motion, just as he hoped. Fadio had faith in his soldiers and expected no less than success. This is why one thing troubled him. One suit remained. Most would not be upset over one suit but this suit was the one suit he wanted to obtain. 'Damn ... of all the luck ... seems like I'll have to go there myself to get the job down ...' His brow scrunched as he thought the worst. Despite his irritation, he could not deny that his men performed a task that would seem impossible to some. This would boost morale of his forces but he wait until he did something far more amazing than invade and destroy a city. He had a plan, and this plan would utterly crush the UNF's pride and what was left of their Morality. On his pad, he had a couple of names on the side that, once clicked upon, would give them a summoning beacon to meet him here. He pressed a few and sat the pad down. For this plan to work, he needed someone who could turn the tables on any battle and who has been the most faithful to him and the Ordo way. "Come ..." |

And not a fuck was given

Eliade Loius walked through the halls of Ordo Sanctus headquarters. Her high heels clicked and clacked in the empty hallway and echoed. Anyone nearby would know she was coming. This wouldn't be the first time she walked these halls. She had served the Ordo Faction since she was 12. Her past experiences played through her head as she walked down memory lane so to speak. She walked briskly with a folder with blank papers and a pen inside of her resting in her arm and against her hip. There was never a moment when she didn't need something to jot down notes. A rather loud beeping noise pulled her away from her thoughts. She looked down and found it was a signal from the Commander. Eliade turned on her heel and turned herself around. She increased her walking speed and headed for the Commanders Throne room. She ignored any persons in the hallways, they would slow her down. She would meet the commander in a punctual mannor. There was no time for idle chit chat with comrads. She reached her final destination and stopped herself within sight of the doorway. She paused and straightened herself out. She used her free hand to smooth out her blouse and jacket, and then smoothed out her skirt. Her took a breath and steadied herself. Head held high, crisp, back straight. Keep your composure, Eliade. She thought to herself as she headed for the door. She balled her free hand into a fist and knocked on the chamber door three times to let the Commander know she had come. She reached for the door handle and pulled the door open. She walked into the chamber and shut the door gently behind her, careful not to slam it. Eliade walked to the center of the room and put her legs together and made her back straight. She saluted the Commander with her free hand. She kept the salute as she spoke to him. "Major Eliade Louis, sir. I received your summons, Commander Fadio. How may I be of service to you?" |

For a good amount of the time the throne was silent. Nothing but the low hums of technology and a beep or two every so often. Some leaders may be impatient with their subordinates and chastise them for not moving quickly enough, but Fadio was different. The soldier he called upon was one of his best pieces upon the field of chess and her skills in battle shows it. Not only that, but she had a few aces up her sleeve. Fadio knew of her father and knew she would be an excellent soldier, even as a child. Just as his thoughts floated to her name, the door knocks in the signature fashion. A young woman, nicely groomed hair, pressed, unwrinkled clothing, everything by the book, walks in with her heels resounding as they make contact with the floor. Fadio rose as she walked the center, someone whom he valued so much. This soldier, this woman's name was: "Major Eliade Louis, sir. I received your snummons, Commander Fadio. How may I be of service to you?" For one of the rare moments, Fadio smiled without the intent to harm. Now there was a picture perfect soldier. 'Same as always. Same knock, same attire, same posture.' He nodded in approval before bring both hands behind his back, underneath his cape. "I have task for you that only you can accomplish without any problems." A pause interrupted the small debriefing as he proceeded to walk around her, as he scanning her. It was like a dance, this was all apart of the routine. "Our attack upon the lab in Priscus and Speria City within Licentia. As you know, this is the first time we have landed upon Licentia soil, and therefore, requires to act with haste." A sudden stop to his walk made his cape flutter a bit. "I'm sending you and another private to join the squadron in Licentia. They have yet to signal a proper return, thus leaving me to believe they have no way back. Rendivous with them and return. You know what to do with any resistance you find." His words were crisp, clear and straight to the point. Not a single detail could be missed, however ... "There is one more thing." This was the first new thing and what seemed to be routine debriefing. "There is a Valkinai suit that has escape retrieval ... it is not a must, rather a personal request ... but I want to obtain it for me if you can ..." Fadio sounded quite sincere. This changed, quickly, and faced Eliade. "Understood?" |

Eliade slowly felt at ease as the Commader paused and watched her. Perhaps she did not summon herself quick enough. She felt relief when he smiled and debriefed her. "I have task for you that only you can accomplish without any problems." A pause interrupted the small debriefing as he proceeded to walk around her, as he scanning her. It was like a dance, this was all apart of the routine. "Our attack upon the lab in Priscus and Speria City within Licentia. "I'm sending you and another private to join the squadron in Licentia. They have yet to signal a proper return, thus leaving me to believe they have no way back. Rendivous with them and return. You know what to do with any resistance you find." Eliade lowered her salute and placed her arm at her side. She stood at full attention. Her comrads were either stranded in Licentia and had no way to communicate with the Ordo Home base, or they were goofing off while on the job. Eliade felt a flash of irritation, yet kept her composure. She kept a straight face and while listening to the Commander. Those who choose to slack off during a mission would be shown no mercy. I'll have their metals stripped and their belongings sent home in a box. She thought to herself. She continued to listen to the debriefing. "Understood?" Eliade returned her salute again to its rightful place. She spoke to the Commander clearly. "Understood, Commander Fadio. I will rendevous with the missing Ordo unit in Licentia with a new private when he arrives. I will also bring back the missing Valkani suit they failed to commondeer." She lowered her salute and placed her arm at her side. If it is not too much to ask, I would need more details on the missing Valk unit." It could be anywhere, and she had no lead as of yet. A serial number, a photo, the last location it was seen. Anything would do for her. |

Then another set of footprints echoed the halls as in strode a man in clad white-lab coat and circular frames upon his face. He had a cocky smile upon his face as he put his hand on his hip and raised his head up. Despite the lighting not being adequate enough, his glasses glared, obscuring his eyes. "I can tell you about it." Dr. Mobius Kaius said. "Also," he said, now turning to Commander Fadio, "That new toy is ready. It works in full. Being that Major Louis's previous Valkinai seems to have been... decommissioned, I believe it would be a great opportunity to step into the annals of a new generation!" |

"Ah, very good. You save me the trouble, Doctor Kaius." Fadio gave a mere chuckle. The second person he contacted had arrived at long last. Dr. Mobius Kaius, a man so far deep into his madness, it's pure genius. He respected the man but he always did have a tendency to want to come out of the shadows with some type of "dynamic" entrance. This, however, did not bother him. He stood straight before speaking. "As he says," Fadio began. "He will tell you everything you need to know. I believe the gift you will be receiving will be more than enough to take down the enemy." He spoke with confidence but something was troubing him and so he decided to speak on it. "Eliade ..." Fadio said, looking directly at her. He dropped the rank which mean it was important. "Do not underestimate the enemy ... you will succeed ... with your life intact. That is an order ... Major." Fadio felt that this was going to be something much harder than he thought. With a turn, he spoke. "Dismissed." |

Eliade understood. This would be a difficult mission, but she felt confident everyone would return safely. She saluted the Commander. "My comrads are in need of my aide. I will not die, not until they return here safely. That is my resolve, sir." She had no intentions of dying today. There was so much she still needed to do. "For my father, and my country, I will return to you, Commander Fadio." She heard that she was dismissed and turned to Dr. Kauis . "I am quite interested in as much information I can obtain about this missing Valkani suit. Perhaps we can discuss it further on the way to the Hanger?" She asked the Doctor. "Indeed!" he said with pep in his voice as he pointed to the door leading out of the hall, "to the hangar!" ... He put his hands in his pockets and started walking. Slowly, at first, so that Eliade could catch up, but then he'd increase speed once she was at his side. Allthewhile grinning through it all. |

Eliade nodded. "Very well, lead the way, Dr Kaius." She had said everything she needed to say to the Commander, and adding more would take away from the time she needed. Every second counted, and her comrads needed her in Licentia. Now. She would return and debrief the Commander of everything she witnesses there. She turned on her heel and followed Dr. Kaius out of the Commanders room, her high heels echoing through the room as she walked out. |

The longer Fadio thought about it the more he had a feeling that something would put even the most reliable of his soldiers at risk. He wanted to strike fear into the hearts of every civilian and he could not do that if his soldiers were losing. There was one more available soldier that he could count on. She was a little touchy but powerful. Along with Eliade, she was one of the soldiers that he could count on in the most difficult of spots. This was such a spot for he had a plan that was crazy. A small smile creeping onto his face. "I think I should visit ... the country of freedom ... myself." With that, he pressed a certain name on the data pad and stood up. Lucky for him, he wore his royal bracers to protect his wrists again. He could only get stabbed so much before it would hinder his ability to lead. |

Having been summoned by the Commander, she grunted to herself and cursed under her breath as she walked along to the designated meeting area. She felt like a dog being summoned by it's master and she did not like that. Hitching her knife out of it's holster, Zita began to twist it around in her hand in preparation. He best have a good reason for this; else I'll be cleaning little Glint all day again. She looked at her combat knife in a loving fashion before remembering why she was caressing it in the first place. Scowl firmly fixed back on her face, Zita kicked the door open and strode into the room as fast as her tiny legs would allow. "Right Commander, where do you want to bleed from this time? I've not got all day so make it snappy, I'm a busy woman." Her face flashed with mild amusement and sheer elation at the mention of bleeding. Her hands remained at her sides, looking as though they were in her pockets. She slouched as she stood in the doorway which only served to make her look even smaller, if it was even possible, and less intimidating than she normally looks. She strode over to the Commander and kept her cool whilst she stood in front of him, craning her neck skywards to look him in the face from so close by. His wrinkled face held his usual smirking smile that he wore whenever she was nearby, almost as if he loved to get stabbed in the arm each and every time he wasted her time. Zita made on movements as if she were going to do their daily greet'n'meet routine. The scowl deepened between her 'brows and she raised an eyebrow at him as if challenging him to say otherwise to her. Glint was firmly in her right hand and was waiting, ready and eager, to plunge into flesh and feel the heat of blood again. She had been out of action for far too long, so this summons had better be worth it, or else Commander Fadio was about to find himself in for a surprise puncture hole. Rolling her eyes, Zita realised he wouldn't speak to her without the proper greet'n'meet words. In a monotone, she looked everywhere but at the Commander as she spoke. "General Zita Tarbot, reporting in from the summons I received not too long ago. What the hell do you need to kill, Commander Fadio?" Loosely saluting him, Zita glowered around the room, waiting for her answer. |

The sight of Zita and her knife always gave him a certain chill. A chill that he enjoyed. To think that such a soldier so deceiving in appearance could be so deadly, so devastating. It excited him to no end. She even dared to attack her Commander, multiple times. He admired such bold behavior. However, Zita was one of the few who could get away with it, her skills in battle and being one of the Chosen few, made her worth so much to Ordo Sanctus. Fadio gave his usual grin and descended from his throne. It seemed it was going to be like all the other times but ... something was off with Fadio's posture. His smile disappeared and for the rare moments he met with Zita, his face was stern. "I apologize but ... I have a personal request for you today, Zita." His voice matched his stern features. He wasn't talking down to her in anyway more like, treating her with the respect she deserves. She was a general in his army and one of his most respected, even for her size. "I sent Major Eliade Louis along with Captain Alice Carter to Licentia within the past three days ... Licentia ... the country that we have not been able to touch ... has now become a land within our grasp ..." As he spoke, he moved his right hand slowly and clenched it on the last word. With a turn, his cape fluttered. "I will send you there as well... call me a fool ... call me an imbecile ... I care not for such things but ... I will be going there as well. I will look their Commander in the eye ... show him that I can ... and will ... crush him...." His words were strong and concise. It seemed he had a plan. "For that, however, I need you to dominate any UNF soldier you see. No offense. No retreat. Break them. Their hearts, minds and bodies will be dust before the dawn ... Understood?" It seemed he was absolutely serious. It's been nearly 25 years since this war has really started and now he would make a major and fully pierce Licentia. This would surely receive retilation and he knew it. But he felt him and his army, Ordo Sanctus was ready. |

Snapping her head to look at Fadio when he moved from his over-compensating chair, Zita spotted his change in behaviour a mile away. She squinted her eyes at him as he walked towards her and as he began to speak. His voice was not right, his usual humour was gone. As soon as he mentioned the words "personal request", Zita clenched Glint's grip and spun the blade around to face towards the commander. "Who do you need me to debilitate?" Her face was deadpan, her eyes cold and hard as steel, her right hand grasped Glint and her left hand remained in her pocket. She spun the combat knife around her hand, anticipating each swipe and becoming anxious to plunge it into someone's fire and extinguishing it. "I will send you there as well... call me a fool ... call me an imbecile ... I care not for such things but ... I will be going there as well. I will look their Commander in the eye ... show him that I can ... and will ... crush him.... For that, however, I need you to dominate any UNF soldier you see. No offense. No retreat. Break them. Their hearts, minds and bodies will be dust before the dawn ... Understood?" She stood at full attention, saluted her commander and stared him down from her tiny height. "Retreat? How insulting. Don't make me puncture your thigh this time, Commander. Your pauldrons won't protect them as well as your forearms." She crossed her arms and kept her blade in sight, this was her way of showing she was kidding about her threat towards the commander. If she was going to hurt you she wouldn't give warning. "I shall keep that in mind." A satisfied chuckle left his lips as he heard his general speak. That was what he wanted to hear. No excuses. He could expect nothing less from Zita and to make a joke even. He had a good feeling that this was going to turn the war in on his favor and the Ordo Sanctus would come out on top. Usually he would turn and head to his throne but no, not that this time. This time he had to make sure his ship was ready and he wanted to see Zita off. "Come. We not a moment to lose. The faster you arrive, the quicker the kill." He strides off with an unusual determination and vigor. It was almost as if something urged him to not sit on his throne day in an day out. He was not a king, who would send his subjects off to the slaughter without showing his face on the battlefield. Fadio knew nothing of piloting a Valkinai nor did he feel he should. If the time came, he had a plan but for now, he was absolutely content with letting the professionals pilot and let his gun, do the up close and personal talking. |

Smirking at the commander's comment, Zita followed in his wake. Glint vanished back into his bed and pined for action and Zita simply rested her hand on him in a reassuring manner. You'll taste some yet, my boy. You'll taste some yet. Half-running to keep up with the commander, Zita was eager and ready for the fight to come. |
