Olivia's base was found within a fairly large warehouse that had been abandoned a long, long time ago. She had gave it her womanly touches and made it more bearable to live in. There was still the smell of damp but there was only the slightest chill in the air. The table before Olivia was covered in paraphernalia that she had spread out for her next job. She would have to decide what to take and what to leave behind for this job. She'd be travelling light. There was the usual bomb-making equipment, some more advanced than others. As well as small weaponry and infiltration equipment. |

Olivia looked around at her equipment. If she was to travel light, she would take the bomb-making equipment and her sniper she had stolen from the UNF. She equipped herself and was ready to go. All she had to do now was wait for the location of the target, and she would be on her way. |

A sharp rapping at the warehouse door sounded from somewhere behind Olivia. Her contact was finally here. No more than two seconds had passed when the door began to shake as fists pounded on the metal door, causing it to reverberate around the warehouse. Her contact was clearly either impatient beyond measure or he was pissed off... Olivia would need to open the door to find out. Small clinking sounds could be heard from Olivia's right, the window above her table was being hit by small rocks. There were two people calling on Olivia tonight... |

Olivia heard both the door and the window. She was confused because she was only expecting one person. She didn't know whether to go to the door or the window. So she picked up the rifle and quietly primed and loaded it. She went over to the window and put her eyes just over the windowsill.

Outside of the window was a small girl of around 8 years of age. Her hair was palest pink and her face looked anxious yet determined. She was throwing small stones at the window and was practically bouncing on the balls of her feet. Olivia peeps over the windowsill showing nothing more than the top of her head. The young girl spots Olivia's hair bobbing above the windowsill. Her eyes lit up with a ferocity that was uncommon in someone her age. Her brow set into a frown and her voice whispered and drifted up to the window to reach Olivia's ears. "Hey! Psssssssssssssssssssst... Lady... you have to come out of there! Please! They're not happy, I seen them! You have to get out! Now!" Her voice was urgent, Olivia had to get out through the window or confront whatever was trying to rattle her door from the frame. |

Olivia's first thought was, That blasted UNF! They keep looking for me! I was set-up they know that! She looks around and grabs her equipment. Knowing she would have to leave Colt here, she was sad, but she had to stay alive. She tossed the equipment out of the window and climbed out herself. |

As Olivia touched down on the ground outside the small girl beamed and ran around the corner of the building, away from the noise. A yellow trail was left in the wake of the child and Olivia would need to follow quietly so that she would not be followed. A small comfort could be taken from leaving Colt behind, the doors were locked tight and no one would get in without aide of an explosion or something with equivalent force. Colt would be safe in the warehouse until Olivia could return. |

Olivia picked up her equipment and followed the girl quietly, she was afraid that this might be another set up, so she turned the safety off on the rifle and continued following her. |

The girl was no where to be seen, all that was left was the yellow trail and it lead Olivia through back alleys and hidden streets. The path before her was off the beaten track and it was unlikely anyone would see her as she travelled in the night. With no immediate danger around, Olivia would be able to relax a little more than she was in that moment. Her journey would take her until the sun began to rise and morning broke through the grey clouds that suffocated the sky. The end of her trek would find Olivia in the outskirts of town and in front of a small Bed and Breakfast called Tumble Coats. The sun was barely tickling the grass when Olivia noticed the yellow trail leading into the building. |

Olivia was confused as to where she was lead to, but she relaxed a bit as it wasn't to UNF forces. She walked in the building and looked around. She saw nothing, and was still confused. She held the rifle in a firing position in case the worst broke out. |

Being so preoccupied with what was in front of her, Olivia didn't notice the huge man creeping up behind her, bat in hand. The solid wood came down on her head and knocked her into darkness. When Olivia awakens, she would find herself in a comfortable bed, still dressed and with matted hair around the small split in her skull. The early morning had transformed into a fairly bright and sunny afternoon. There was no one else in the room right now and her weapons and supplies were no where to be found. The windows were locked with the curtains only half drawn and the door was locked as well. There was an adjoining door that was not locked but all that lay beyond was a basic bathroom. The room was comfortable and rather pleasant. |

Should've expected this, She thought, I need to pay more attention next time. She gets up rubbing her head. Her weapons and equipment were gone so she had no way of defending herself unless she got into a fist-fight. She walks over to the bathroom and runs water on her hair to get the mats out. She combs it, grimacing, then brushes it. She walks to the window and tries to open it. She noticed it was locked, so she tried the door. That too was locked. Great, I'm trapped in this room. Unless.. She walks over to a vent that she realizes isn't big enough to crawl through. So sighs and lays back on the bed. |

Plenty of time must have passed between Olivia laying down in bed and now. It was odd, but perhaps it really couldn't be fought. She was, for all intents and purposes, trapped now. Maybe there was something Olivia was missing? Finally however, the door opens and in walks the man who hit her, large fellow with a terrible grin. "Prime specimen I got meself." he says, closing the door and locking it, "Ain't no way of knowing the one I flogged over the head was a UNF Fugitive. Tell me girl, what's my motivation for not handin' you over." He says this with his bat in hand, bouncing it upon his other. |

Olivia didn't even look up. She knew the guy was trying to intimidate her and she wasn't going to fall for it. "Probably because you think I have information on UNF battle strategy. And to tell you the truth, I don't remember any if thats what you are looking for. I'm just looking for a job and my Valk. Now give me back what you stole from me." She said this in a commanding tone. She may have been young, but she knew a few tricks to hurt this guy plenty. |

"Oh," the man said smiling and leaning back on the door, "I could be carin' less what the UNF be doin' 'round these parts." he said. "But you says yer lookin' for a job?" He seemed to bring his hand to his chin and think for a minute. "Ya say ya got one o' them Valks too... that would be handy..." He smiled and looked at Olivia, "I got it. I hit you because I thought you were a thief. An evil one. I know whoever wants what I got will hire kids if they haff to." He sighed, and tossed the bat down onto the ground, "But I ain't no fool." He sighed and walked over to the closest chair and spun it around, sitting in it backwards while facing Olivia. "You want a Job? I got one. If ya don't want it, I'll let ya go. No questions asked, nothin' o the sort." "On the job I got. 'tis be a simple Courier Job, I need ya to take... somethin'... somewhere. I'll give ya more details if ya say yes, and many people will want to steal what I'm havin' ya deliver. But it'll take'em a while to realize I got rid of it and sent it off with someone else. How about it?" |
