"hell hounds? Damnit, now I have to go find the hades kid too."
She turned to the two boys,
"you can come with me or you can make a break fr the camp, your choice."
With that she turned she jumped on the tree where he had been standing, looked for scratch marks to indicate direction and yelled out to him.
"Listen kid, you beat me fair and square but this goes beyond whatever problem I have with you and your ilk. If you want to get out of this safely, come out now!"

Mephisto heard the alarm and the news. Then he heard the teacher he was playing eith before shouting at him. "Just a few puppies, probably my sister going berserk again. It happens always in this time of the month. (laughing now)" He stood up and slowly, totally relaxed, like nothing bad was happening, he walked back to Blue Base.

Medea had just passed the halfway point when she heard growling behind her. Very...close. She froze and went rigid, her face white. But then she turned around, slowly as possible, and found herself fafing a huge hellhound almosr as tall as she was. She didn't dare move, but stared unblinkly back into its black eyes, surprisingly unafraid, and rather interested.

Lairya sighed.
"damn child. He is even covering his tracks this time."
she knew catching up to him would be more difficult this time. however as much as he tried to cover his tracks she was a hunter, and the prey always left signs. there were two potential trails, one almost nonexistent and one wit more obvious signs. the obvious one was likely a fake trail so she decided to take the subtle path.

Clyde was drenched in sweat and out of breath. He'd been going toe to toe with this hound for quite some time now. But it never seemed to falter or get tired. He gripped his sword again as the hound let out a deep growl. It jumped at him and Clyde ducked under it as its claws tried to go for his head. He finally got a good shot at the hound's heart and he stabbed it. The Hellhound let out a whimper and it turned to dust, its essence going back to Tartarus. Clyde took deep breaths, and fell backwards onto the ground. That took so much out of me. I can't believe that just killed that thing after 50 minutes.

All over the field, various campers were in combat with the Hellhounds. Many were being injured, but so far no fatalities. Then, a bloodcurdling howl is heard throughout the forest. All the Hellhound's took up the howl. Alarmed, many of the campers turned and fled.

Medea could tell there were more battles going on— but she was locked in a staring stalemate with this hellhound. It curled its lips and growled, bristling, but Medea did not give.

Then, the howl echoed through the entire camp. Medea would have flinched, if she wasn't so fascinated by this animal from the underworld. But she realized this was dangerous, and held up the staff. It flashed dark silver, and covered her in shadows.

The hellhound across from her stopped howling when it saw her staff, backed away, and vanished. Medea blinked; what? Then she knew— Hades' staff, Hades the underworld. She smirked. Oh, this was going to be fun.

Clyde looked around as the howl echoed throughout the camp. He ran toward the source of the howling, which was coming from the center of the camp. As Clyde ran, he noticed Medea and a Hellhound having a stare down, then the hound disappearing. He was puzzled, but then he remembered the staff that she always has on her. The staff of Hades. But why would Hades want to attack the camp when his two children are here. Something isn't right. He kept running in the direction of the howl.

"Right," Jake said, and backed off. He turned to Helena, who had hit the ground right next to him. "Hellhounds," was all he got out. "Get back to your base, or come with me." Trouble roiled in the camp, and Jake's senses were on the alert for the hellhounds. He nodded to Leo before heading back to his team's base, planning to connect with any campers there. However, he hadn't gone far before one of the beasts appeared, blocking his path and advancing with vicious snarls. The son of Apollo nocked a fire arrow and with no hesitation sent it plunging into the hellhound's chest. It vanished with a whine and Jake barreled past it towards his base.

Meph finally found his sister, which was weird since he was aiming to the blue base. It still worked for him in the long run. "So! Sis! Need some chocolate or something like that?" He said with a smile. "Maybe some 'personal' equipment???" He then started laughing. "I understand your mood changes and all, but this many Hellhounds at once? I'm impressed!!"

Medea's jaw twitched. "I didn't summon them," she sniffed, crossing her arms. "But they won't attack me as long as I have the rod."

She was about to make a biting comment to get him back for the period jokes when someone crashed through the trees. John, in his panic, had stumbled upon the Hades twins. Probably not a good thing for him, given the way Medea's upper lip curled slightly as she turned her cold gaze on him. "Look what we have here, brother," she said softly.

Friend you can count on.
Seon heard the roars and headed towards the loudest sound, seeming to come from the center of camp.
"I was hoping to have a relaxing day....."
He then started off in the sound of the howls.

"Dibs on fucking his mind." Meph said making his Hat visible and taking it off. "I guess it would be wise to let the 'Lady of the moment' do the honors." His eveil smile covered his face.

Clyde arrived at the Blue Base and was panting again, since he'd been running for so long. He stretched out and rested for a bit. Remembering the earpiece, he spoke into it. "Come in Blue Team. Is anyone there? Respond please, this is Clyde and Blue Base."

An arrow landed between the hades twins and john. Lairya jumped down from a branch.
"you are difficult prey you know that. But right now fighting amongst ourselves is a bad option. This attack seems to have something to do with hades and yet you both claim not to have summoned them. So why would hades endanger his only children?"

She kept her bow trained on the kids in case they made a move.

Meph looked at the teacher and raised his hands. "Oh, my lovely lady..." He started. "We do not summoned any Hellhound... We lack the imagination and patience to controll an army..." he then smiled when the trees behin him 'shaked' with the noise of something bigger approaching. "We prefer more... Direct, aproaches." With an evil smile on his face he made a reverence, that was followed by 3 giant hound heads comming from the forest behind them and roaring into the sky. Then Fluffy looked at the teacher, with 'playing' eyes.

Mephisto used this oportunity to turn invisible and escape, a bit disapointed on this interruption.
