At the base of the Congelo Mountain Range lay The Lost Fortress, home to Felix's mechanical wonderland warehouse facility. The building had been half buried by a landslide some years ago and Felix had worked to clear out the rubble and built the rest of his warehouse into the base of the mountain. Of course, it was not too far in, just the outskirts of the mountain range but it was impressive enough to see.

The outside was hard to notice at a glance. The majority of the building structure was covered by tree growth and patched grass growth on the past landslide stone mass that cascaded down the side of the structure. It looked dilapidated at first view and, of course, completely abandoned. This was the home of Felix.

The pair arrived at the main door. Felix pressed a few buttons on the keypad and a smaller door clicked and popped open. He opens it the rest of the way. Ah....Home sweet home! Hang on, lemme get the lights He disappeared off to the side and a few loud clicks were heard. Suddenly large overhead lights started to glow to life. In the centre of the massive warehouse stands Pinaka in all her glory. He returns to the doorway and invites Z in. Well, this is my home and where my valk lives. I've kinda taken over this place.

Zach walked in and eyes widen as he saw the large Valk in front of him. I got to say I'm really impressed...I've never seen anything like it.Zach look over the Valk looking over the craftsmanship of it. Zach's eyes were drawn to the large cannon onto of the Valk. The cannon looked like it take out a small village if it was fired correctly and the barrel of it gave the idea that it had some serious range on it. What kind of gun is that on top of this Valk? What kind of range does this thing have and how powerful is it?

Getting a bit too excited, he starts to rattle off the specs That's the pride and joy of my Pinaka, the Gauss Cannon. Range is about 1km but I still need to get some scoping tech to be able to accurately aim that far, so about 500m effective no scope. It can easily take out a normal building or two with a well placed shot, and the splash damage is kinda moderate actually. Anything else?

That could work, I haven't really had any other valk pilots good enough to do so on any of the teams I was on. I acquired the frame and adjusted it to fit the gun on top. Doing favours for the military kinda pays off. He made no attempt to hide the pride in his voice as he answered the questions asked by his guest. Anything else?

Well I'm a valk pilot and I have to say I'm a decent pilot. Also you do favours for the military? That's funny cause my Valk is from the military just a normal civilian model. So if I bring it in could you look at it for me?Zach said asking even more questions...

Me? I'm from a small farm about 30 min away from Navitas. Grew up fixing things and whatnot. Been taking contract jobs since I was about 16. Didn't get to the real awesome jobs till I was 19 though. Got to work on military hardware and all that, but that's all I can say, the rest is classified in that area, cept I got a few favours from them afterwards. He finished pointing at the valk.

Alrighty then! He said as he kinda made a perplexed face as Z somehow began to meld into the floor seemingly becoming one with the base? Didn't know my base could absorb people, I should look into that. Unless that was him...

Felix returns home, and climbs in his cockpit. "Powering up, all systems check and go. Opening main hanger doors." As the doors open and reveal the night forest he pushes sightly on the throttle. "You know, I should come up with a moving floor system for this. Anyway, off to the port" He heads off to the port to meet up with his partner.
