I meant canonically. And he wasn't one of Frieza's men in DBZA anyway. |

Pretty good episodes. I laughed at a few parts. The Guru death scene, the golf part, and a few others. I think TFS is going downhill, but it was still enjoyable to watch. |

I know what happened in DBZ, but it clearly wasn't the same thing here I think it's implied that he didn't actually die, he just stop his heart.... for a few hours... which stopped the dragon working but he wasn't brain dead. The shock of all the energy of his people returning shock him back maybe. If it is this isn't said clearly, much like with DBZ's potential plot hole solutions. |

Just fyi, if you watch the the blip version of the video (The one on their site), you get a bonus scene. Not much, but a little Star Wars joke is okay in my book. I liked the season finale. Finished a lot of jokes they were building up to. |

Something I'm wondering about with the new part. How would Dende's relationship with Gohan even work (you know, if Dende didn't confess his love for Gohan there)? I mean, Dende's a Namekian and... you know what comes next. So, yeah. How would it work, I wonder? Also, I predict a sort of "stalker" motif for Dende in the future, when he become Guardian of Earth. Anyway, a really enjoyable episode. Part 3 was definitely the best. Looking forward to Season 3. |

Why does Love have to be Sexual Jay? It could be argued that Gohan, being the ball of raw emotion he is, is just very attractive (Non-sexually) to such a passive race as the Namekians in an opposites attract kind of way. This is practically established in the series by Gohan and Piccolo's relationship. It could be argued that any Namekian who spends a lot of time with Gohan, like Dende, experiences such raw emotions as a reaction that they might come to the conclusion it must be love, particularly if they're young. I think I'm reading way too much into this though. |
