Ginjo landed on the small village and waved at the guarding Shinobi stationed there.
HSS:"Lord Tsuchikage! It has been a long time! What brings you here you here?" The Hidden Stone Shinobi asked. Soon enough many otehr villagers (Ninjas and not) came to greet the man.
"Sorry to intrude!" Ginjo answered with a big smile. "Just came back from teh Kages Summit... Things turned a bit rough." Ironicaly enough, when saying this he saw a few women bringing dome bandages for him. "Anyway, is possible that we are waiting company soon. Send a Falcon to the Hidden Stone Village asking for backup, be alert for any Samurais aaaaaand..." He looed at the small 'Town Hall' that was a few blocks in front of him. "If any Kage comes here, tell them to meet me on the Town Hall. That's all, and thanks." He took the bandages, gave thanks and walked towards teh Hall.
The Shinobi then followed his instructions and the normal villagers went to tehir homes to pack some stuff in case they needed to leave.

The Raikage runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs some more.

Eventually he sees Ginjo land in the distance. He assumes that must be the outpost he wanted to talk at.
He deactivates his cloak, not wanting to scare the locals, and runs towards the Outpost with his armor activating.

Running, Running, running and there.

He arrives about 20 minutes after Ginjo did and asks the guard where the Tsuchikage went.

The Shinobi saw the Raikage and bowed.
HSS: "Lord Raikage, please this way." He said leading the way towards the Town Hall. Once there, the doors opened to reveal a medium size room with a man with his torso covered by bandages and smoking his pipe. Next to him lied a few clothes and a Massive Blade.
"Ho! Lord Raikage! I see you were able to follow me, please! take a seat!" The Tsuchikage, Ginjo, said with a greeting smile and tone. "I'm sure you must be tired... Hmmm... Do you want something to drink or eat? I'm sure we can prepare something, although not too fanzy..."
The Shinobi that lead the Raikage to teh room was surprised. He couldn't belive his own Kage behaved like that in front of others.

"I wouldn't say no to a drink and a little rest."

He sits down and takes a drink.
"I'm not sure about the other two, but I'm pretty sure the Kazekage flew home. I don't think this qualifies as a summit anymore."

"I guess we can at least talk about what we agreed to do. We can always send a card to him later for the details." Ginjo said taking his own glass of juice. A few women went in and put some food on the table (mainly bread and fruits) and a few bottles of sake and juice on the table. After the Kage gave his thanks, they left. "So... Did you expected the Samurai attack or not?" Since the Raikage was the one that called for the Summit on that country, Ginjo was impressed something like that happened.

"No, I thought the tensions had eased. It makes more sense that they were rogue. It was over 12 years that they held that grudge. One battle on their land and they wanted to assassinate all the Kage. Seems a bit insane for a whole nation"

"Hmmm... I'm not exactly sure about that..." Ginjo still had Komamura's words on his mind. He was a honorable man (or dog), so he couldn't understand well why he would be a rouge Samurai.

"I guess we should talk about where this Chunin Exams will take place now then." He quickly changed the subject while grabbing an apple. "You said you had a place in mind... But what I really wnated to ak was, the shinobi participating in it... Will be omly from the main 5 nations or all of the Villages can do it?" Ginjo was sure the other Kages would most likely see that question as irrelevant, but for him, who saw the efforts of the 'minor' Villages during the war, taking them aside didn't sounded fair at all.

"We'll send out word to the other villages. It'll be up to them if they want to join the Exams. I'm sure they'll be happy to join in" (with the canon fodder)

A thinks about the other part of the question.
"Yes, that is most logical. That island I mention earlier will be a great area for at least part of the Exams."

"I see. I guess we first need to know how many Genins will participate before making further preparations." Ginjo ate the apple with one bite and took another. "This will take some time before we can actually do it... I am more than ready to give you a hand Lord Raikage." Again with one bait, he made another apple disappear. "I wonder if someone else will come here... Sadly this village isn't fancy enough to make sigh seeing or something like that..." He looked over a window to see the people outside, they had a few bags with them, like waiting for an evacuation of some sort. "They are good people though, I would hate that our presence here altered their life so much."

A was really starting to like this man. He cared about his country, not just his village.
"It was hard times, but that's why we came together today. To give people like these ones hope.
Oh, and I appreciate the offer. We deal with that when we return. A simple list of who tells who would suffice It'll cut the time in half."

Agnia arrived at the outpost soon after leaving. Saisuki was being typically annoying and lagging behind but at least he could take care of himself. She walked up to the guard at the front and asked the whereabouts of the other kage.

Looking at the Mizukage, the guard bowed and lead her towards the Town Hall, where she was going to find the other 2 Kages talking and eating.

Saisuki lands upon a tree, then jumps down to the floor below, looking ahead at the outskirts of the Earth Country Village he was headed to. Saisuki smiled as he got there, and humped the woman on his back up a bit more to a more comfortable position with one arm. His other hand was rather free, and he was spending time with it by twirling Enoki's Hokage's hat.

"Y'know, I never liked this thing." he told her, ceasing the spinning of the hat and holding it up at eye level, looking at the "Ho" Fire kanji in front, "The string holding it in place always left marks on my chin, and I didn't enjoy that. Plus I had to cut my beautiful long locks too."

NO.
Enoki nodded in agreement although her companion could not see it. "Tell me about it." she commented, holding onto Saisuki's shoulders firmly. "I rarely wear it, only for official ceremonies. It always messes up my hair, and I refuse to cut it. The jacket however, I modified and wear on a usual basis." she added, wondering if perhaps she should have stopped herself from saying such a thing. He surely didn't care about something like that.

They had finally arrived, and Enoki couldn't help but wonder which of the Kages had actually attended. If Agnia was there, things were due to be awkward. Especially as she was arriving with the previous Mizukage. All she could do was hope that there was a stiff drink somewhere waiting for her.

Saisuki chuckled, "Yeah well, there's only so much you can get away with." he said. He then reached over and placed the hat upon her head, using his now free had to grab a better feel beneath Enoki and take off half of her weight from only one of his arms.

Saisuki approached a guard, "Is Lord Tsuchikage here?" he said very loudly and montonely, as he stood in an upright position. He then took a hand and pointed at Enoki, then paced it back beneath her leg, "I bring the Honourable Lady Hokage to the new place of meeting."

He slumps down a bit before speaking again, a bit quieter and more normal this time, "So where's the Town Hall exactly?"
