Jito was ready for a counterattack, but not one that involved a sandstorm! He picked his cloak back up and quickly wrapped it around his head like a mask to protect himself from the sand. That done he used his speed and quickly ran to the side attempting to circle behind the teacher, and then he began stabbing and slashing with his naginata.
Not trying to get a solid hit but just trying to keep Kanbatsu's attention on his naginata for a short time.

Sin is surprised by this move. "Wasn't expecting him to be using so many different element jutsu. Okay then... Arachnid Jutsu: Retract"
Luckily, the bark spider's small sizes meant that slicing at them wasn't very effective. Though some got chopped up, others just kept swirling in the wind. The flying bark spiders that aren't being attacked fire off dragline web (the strongest in terms of tensile strength) out, latching onto the first thing they hit and pulling themselves back to it. Most of them wind up back on the ground and start to disperse from the sandstorm.
One of Sin's parasites finds its way back to him. He holds out his hand for it and seems to be listening to it. "What? You want to eat his skin?... Chakra skin?" he says aloud trying to figure otu what the parasite was saying. They feast on chackra, having a desire for it. Apparently, when they had gotten close, they seemed to find a lot of it on his skin in some form.
"That must be the armor he was talking about..." Sin states, "Alright. We can use this to our advantage."
Sin starts to back away from the sandstorm and calls out to his new teammates, "The armor is some kind of layer of chakra on his skin. If you guys can figure out where he is, I can have my parasites try to eat it off of him. Then we can get to him."
The bark spiders gather back up to Sin and go into the gourd. As they do, more tarantulas come out. "These guys are bulkier. they should be able to move through the sandstorm fine. But they won't be able to see him like this..."
the tarantulas group up and start to head into the storm as a pack. Sin stares into the sandstorm and tries to figure out where the teacher is so the tarantulas can get a grip on him. The parasites, meanwhile, remain buzzing outside the sandstorm.

Unzen, who was thrown away by the sensei, ended up landing behind his teamates again. When the sandstorm started he started to look around. "Heh, he says the minute is over but he disappears." The smirk on his face grew wider. "Looks like we will have to play a little longer."

Unzen kneel on his spot. With the sandstorm raging my bullets will be useless. We also need to catch him so Buggy can do his trick. Maybe I will even be ablet to take the chance and kill both! Just need to change the shape of the bone a little bit. He looked around, knowing that the Sensei was probably underground, where no one was able to easily attack him. He only needed to wait to see where was he going to pop up.

"Let's see..." Kanbatsu searched his surrounding quickly, the bugs were gone, and there was no sign of the little one. Of course the third was not so silent in his movements. The sound of sand scratching against metal... Behind him. he turned in time to see the tip of the blade get a bit too close for his comfort. Dodging to the side quickly, Kanbatsu grabbed the shaft and swung it to the right, letting go as it reached the direction he had last seen Sin.

"You'll need to try harder than that. Fight to what you are!" They're staying back? Not bad, I'll need to take a different approach then. Kanbatsu drew back his arm, aiming it at the ground beneath his feet. "Wind Style: Whirlwind Fist." Releasing the powerful gust of wind into the ground, he launched himself skyward, above the slowly dying sandstorm. With a quick glance he found what he was searching for, the lone Unzen. At the peak of his ascent he formed two hand seals, going on the offensive. "Earth Style: Earth Fist." as he began his descent, his right fist gathered a heavy layer of rock around it. "Eyes up short stuff!" He shouted, aiming his punch at Unzen's left shoulder.

Unzen waited for the last possible (for hos abilities) second to jump back and avoid the attack. He swong both his arms, like wing, while doing it, firing a group of remodeled Bone Bulelts at the sensei. This time they were shaped like spikes, to help the penetration and to also come out easier from the child's body.

But it was the first time he tried to make such remodelation, and because of that he used more chakra than expected, thing that could be seen when he landed... Sweat drops were covering his face.

This was perfect for Sin. The tarantulas are blown back a bit by the gust, but now he wouldn't need them to hold Kanbatsu down.
He swings his arms towards Kanbatsu and says, "Parasitic Insect Destruction Technique."
The flying parasites follow his lead and start to cover the path of Kanbatsu's attack. The moment any of them touch him, they start to feast on the layer of chakra on his skin. As they cover the path he's heading in, they also attempt to give some cover for Unzen.
"This should weaken his armor," Sin says as he notices Unzen firing some more attacks, "So hopefully you can get through bullhead."

Jito used the momentum of Kanbatsu pushing his weapon to the side to bring it around his back and slash again....nothing? His attack missed as Kanbatsu flew upwards into the air.
Immediately Jito got himself out of the dieing sandstorm and watched for another opening.

Too late to alter his course, Kanbatsu landed in the sand and insects. As they began to feast on the armour he jumped to the left, a few of Unzen's spikes cutting through his arm as his stone armour diminished. "looks like I was right after all." he said, kicking Unzen towards Sin. "You have plenty of potential." he began dusting the sand and remaining insects off his body. "A rocky start, but I see what you can do now. Unzen, you're stubborn and reckless, but you've got a decent strength to back that up. Jito you're too cautious, you're fast enough to dodge a lot of hits so don't be afraid to charge the enemy if you see an opening." Kanbatsu took a few steps towards Sin."And you, Sin, you're weak, frail, and the slowest of the team, but... You're smart, you didn't try to break what couldn't be broken, you defended your team when they needed you, and you made an opening."

Kanbatsu smiled and started to head back to the village. "Congratulations, you three are on the team of Kanbatsu, the Drought of Sunagakure." He looked to arm for a second, and as always, it had healed before he even finished talking. "Rest up, we've got a mission tomorrow."

Seeing now that the fight was over and no need to continue attacking Jito removed the cloak around his head and placed it back on his left shoulder. Dusted off the sand from the small storm and just frowned walking back towards the village.
Hard to hit someone who is able to get that high in the air, he thought to himself, I should probably work on a counter for that.

Unzen stood up after the kick, try to regain his breath. "I guess that was a good job Buggy." He said looking at Sin. he then looked for a second to his other teamate... He just grinned and started to walk away. "C'ya suckers." With that he left the area.

Changing the shape of the Bones is harder than expected... Maybe I will have to work on that.

Sin accepted the teachers words with a nod as his insects started to rejoin him. It was all true, and Sin knew it. He wasn't one for fighting. Most spiders don't go running at their prey, they wait and try to trap it. It was most effective, making them do all the work. Still... Sin had to admit that his parasites worked out much better than the spiders when dealing with chakra. They excel with taijutsu battle, but they're weak to ninjutsus. He would need to find a way for spiders to overcome, or at least match, chakra based abilities.

Sin finishes regrouping his insects and starts to head off as the others had. He had been given housing within the village as part of joining them like he was. Hopefully it wouldn't be so bright wherever he was staying.
