The time has come. All genin from the 5 great villages gather in the Hidden Cloud Village.
Many are clueless about why the Kage arranged this, but they do know this is their chance to show what they're made of in front of everyone.
A mix of emotions crowd the room, who knows if they will pass, fail, or even die during these tests.

Korin had arrived a little earlier than the other Leaf genin inn order to have time to work out what the probable tests were going to be. Given that Chuunin were leaders of the experienced Genin groups he was willing to believe that their was probably intelligence, leadership and battle tests, the three qualities chuunin needed to survive. If he was right then intelligence and battle shouldn't be a problem, his challenge would be displaying his leadership skills.

Having arrived earlier than all but the cloud genin he set up on a chair in the corner and slowly began blending into his little spot there as he got lost in thought.

A few groups walked in, their headbands display rain, sound, grass, and waterfall village insignias. 3 genin display an unusual headband.
Their headbands are completely blank.
With this odd fact, it becomes clear that ninja (Fodder) from other villages outside the Great Nations head been invited.
---------------
A stands outside the room with the other Kage. They'll wait until everyone is gathered before entering.
---------------
Masanari looks at his students outside the building.
"You know, it sucks that our time was so short. However, when your done kicking butt in there, just remember that we'll always be Squad 11."

Oiboru had been waiting for this day for a long time, a chance to prove his worth as a ninja of the Hiddem Cloud Village. His body was trembling with excitement, and his mind was running a mile a minute. With everything as it was now, everything else before it seemed to be a blur.

Having arrived fairly early, Oiboru made sure to stay in a far corner of the room, carefully taking note of everyone who entered. He had no idea what to expect, but it was best he had an idea of what everyone else expected.

Agnia had accompanied the mist genin with the exception of Ikawa to the Chuunin exams. If Saisuki chose to bring his little protégé that was his business. No sense losing these children due to an ambush after all. Agnia chose to go directly for the Kage's meeting grounds. She assumed Haru could direct them after all. There was not even a farewell as she left them at the gates of the village. She simply stated in a matter of fact tone:

"Don't fail me."

With that simple statement she left the Mist genin. When she reached A she bowed her head to him respectfully.

"Good day lord A."

With that she frowned. That rhyme was unintentional and made her sound rather silly. Agnia did not like feeling silly.

Minako practically bounded into the room. It was painfully obvious that she was excited. Probably a little too much. She didn't say anything, keeping the high-pitched squeals that so desperately wanted to be released within her throat. She didn't want to embarrass herself in front of all the other shinobi, afterall.

Noticing Oiboru, she moved over to him and waved. "How are you, Oiboru-kun?" she asked him, trying to keep her voice controlled and calm. "Are you looking forward to the exam?"

She looked around the room. "I wonder when Yudaina-chan will arrive."

---

Meanwhile, Enoki made her way to the room as well, noticing that the other Kage who had arrived were waiting outside. She already knew that Korin had gone in ahead, as for Keisuke and Youkou, she had no idea where they were currently located.

Ah well. She wasn't worried. They'd find their way eventually.

She strode up to A and Agnia, smiling politely at both of them, despite the last meeting she had shared with Agnia, which had been nothing short of frosty (pun intended). "And so we meet again! How nice to see you both, Lady Mizukage, Lord Raikage. I trust you are well?"

A looks towards his fellow Kage.
"Indeed, it is a great day to be here. I hope you all enjoy your stay in my village. As me for me, minus a few injuries from a sparring match with the Tsuchikage, I am great."
-----
Hinata rushes ahead of the Mist squad and into the room before remembering to contain herself.
Calm and cool you fool.

Not quite focuses on where she was, she accidently walked right into Minako.

Enoki gave a light laugh, accompanied by a grin in A's direction, this one a little warmer and more genuine than the polite smile she had been wearing on her face just a minute earlier.

"It is nice to go on a vacation out of the village." she joked, watching as more genin made their way into the room. "It's an exciting time, you can almost feel the enthusiasm from the young shinobi who are participating in the exams this year."

---

Minako was looking around the room intently, observing those who would be her opponents during the exam, when suddenly someone bumped into her. She shuffled on her feet slightly from the sudden contact, before turning around and smiling at the girl. "Are you okay?" she asked, although she found it odd that the girl hadn't apologized for bumping into her.

Kyoryu walks up t meeting area, noting he wasn't the first Kage here. So this is where the first international chunin exams will take place, fun. He walks up to the other Kages, knowing it is respectful to greet them, "Lord Hokage, Lord Raikage," he dips his head slightly with each name as he addresses his elders. "This looks like it will be a huge success don't you think?"

"Oh shi-"

Hinata stumbles but stops herself from falling. She panics and quickly looks at the other genin, who was now smiling at her?
"I'm sorry, but umm...you're not mad? Aren't we enemies? "

"Good to see you again, Lord Kazekage." Enoki greeted Kyoryu as he approached them. "It certainly does. I have to admit, I find myself becoming rather intrigued to see what will happen."

---

Minako frowned at the girl's words. She didn't like to think of anyone as enemies unless they had done something towards her personally or were intent on harming her or those she cared about. She shrugged. "You only bumped into me, I don't see why something like that should make us enemies." she explained.

Wow, weird. Are people really like this outside the Mist Village?
"I guess....that makes sense. Sorry to bother you, I wish you luck on your exams."

Hinata turns back and tries to find her group

Agnia was equally interested to see the results of this "exam." To her however this wasn't about the promotion of ninja, this was a competition. A contest amongst the village to see who had raised the greatest shinobi for the next generation.

"I must admit I am looking forward to this. A little competition among the villages may be just what the children need to push them harder. Who knows, perhaps the friendly competition these genin had may work better than the war all of us had to endure to become strong."

Oiboru took the time to observe the Mist genin before responding to his teammate, she was hesitant, but he wasn't sure if it was because she was nervous or embarrassed. From what he could tell at this point, no one had any idea what was going to happen, perhaps that was for the best anyway.

Looking back at Minako, Oiboru responded to her question, albeit a bit late. "Yeah, it's going to be pretty cool to see what everyone else here is capable of." He looked off towards the direction the mist genin walked in. "I'd bet they all have very different fighting styles compared to us."

Tianzi smiled at Masanari, nodding at him.

"Yes, Masanari-sensei!" she said. She looked at Katachi and Shiro, her teammates at each of her sides. "Let's go, shall we?"

She proceeded to wrap the two of them in her arms, and attempted to drag them into the room, playfully.

"See," Aurora said, leading Youkou and Keisuke to the room they were to arrive at, "told you we wouldn't be late."

She smiled at her two pupils. Funny, buch'a people here gathered with special eyes. But that was beside the point, "We've been squad 8 for some time now, and we'll always have that." she told them. She was in her Jounin wear, but she only had that outward appearance, her personality wasn't in the same "formal" way she usually maintained when she got dressed up, as signified by her hair not being held up by her white bands, "So get in there, kick ass, and no matter what... we'll always have a warm bed at home."

"The two of you, and Korin, have totally got this, okay? Try to listen to him, he's smart and is my underclassman as far as official like duties go so he knows a thing or two. Use everything that you've ever learned, and you'll do great." she said to them with a warmer smile, "I believe in you, m'kay?"

Walking into the room without speaking to anyone was a young, lone boy who, while not necessarily standing out from the others, definitely seemed different. For one, he lacked a squad of anykind. He wore simple clothes, hardly protective and hardly appearing as they allowed for good movement of anykind, all of it black: black long sleeved shirt and black pants all the way down, with black boots that had closed toes. He also had a scythe on his hip, not a huge sycthe on a staff, more like a simple farming one with a chain wrapped around his waist. He also had obfuscating black goggles on his face, and upon his forehead was his village's marker. That of a musical note.

Sound Village.

He sat down in a lone corner and crossed his arms, and sighed deeply, "Let's get this over with already."

Saisuki, if he was on the "Kage Guestlist" that is, was noticeably absent to the two who would notice most out of the others (The women, of course). And, as far as Agnia could tell, so was his newest pupil. They hadn't yet arrived. Though; they still had time.
