The next room was larger than expected, large spools of fabric stood vertically all over the room and various manikins wore a variety of different clothes at varying levels of completion. Through the mess Gustav weaves effortlessly until he reaches the wall on the far end of the room and begins feeling all over it, muttering.

Is he looking for a secret room in the wall... That is pretty badass actually.
David was pleased to see the back of the shop looked kind of how a tailor would have looked from his world. The idea of shad deals going on in the back of this place had never occurred to him though. That said, Gustavo... sounded like it could be a good mafia name... Is that racist... and who to...

David was simply lost in a forever spiralling trail of thought as Gustavo continued to search the wall.

It seems like the tailor finally found the spot he was looking for. Gustav takes a step back, knocks on the wall three times before pressing his ear against it and knocks twice more before waiting a few seconds. Immediately afterwards punching out a door shaped section of the wall.

"I'll be in the front if you need me." and with that, he leaves.

"Sure..."
This was getting more an more ominous every second. Even so, David made sure to memorize the sequence he used to trigger it. It felt inevitable that he was going to have to return here at some point. For a moment he checked his side to make sure he had his weapons just in case whatever was so insistant on meeting him i private wasn't friendly before stepping through the gap.

Inside the room was the Black Knight in full armor, sitting at a table, a cup of tea in hand.
"Hello David. I thought you'd be here sooner. Tea?" She gestures to the teapot and second matching cup on the tabletop.

"Sure, I'd love some tea. I do have a job you know. Your letter just happened to be low on my list. That said, I probably should have seen this coming."
He sat down surprisingly casually. He wasn't terribly surprised to see her here after all. Logically the only options for who would be likely do try and meet him in such a manner would be her or an assassin and as far as he knew, he hadn't done anything to piss them off yet. He poured some tea into a cup and drew the cup closer to himself.

"I suppose you can guess why I brought you here?" The black knight removes her helmet and takes a sip of the tea before pouring David's cup. "Sugar? Cream?"

"Yes thanks, one sugar. And I can think of 4 potential reasons why you would have brought me here, 3 are more likely than the last so it is probably best that you clarify."

"Well, this meeting was original supposed to be our first official face to face confrontation," she explains dropping a sugar cube into the tea before handing the cup over to David,"but I got a bit impatient with the mail sorting system and opted to have something a bit more.. theatrical. It's a bit of a weakness of mine in non-combat situations. Anyways, the cult's planning something big. Soon. I'm not entirely sure what it is yet, but I'm going to need your help stopping it. Interested?"

David couldn't help but smile. Theatrical... nice...

"Sure, I'm in. Glad you came to me with this, better that we work together after all. Do you have a plan?"

"Something like that." The black knight finishes off her drink before continuing. "Meet me here tomorrow at midnight and I'll explain a bit more. You have a job to do."

"Short and sweet I see. Very well, I'll see you then."
David slowly stood back up from his chair and found his way back out of the secret compartment. Surely Gustav knew who it was he was meeting here, David began to wonder how many of the other townsfolk knew the truth about the black knight but just kept it a secret.

"Did you put the wall back?" Gustav asks when David enters the front of the store.

"Oh, right, sorry."
David went back to see if he could figure out how it was affixed to the wall and replace it.
