'Aw crap, I left the tap on!.. Hope my roommate takes care of it.... Then again, he is usually out with friends...'
With that in mind he stopped to take a good look at how far he had to go and rested for a moment. After a moment or two of resting, he would continue onwards and upwards.

Sean looked down, he had only gone up 10 steps or so. Weird. He had definitely walked a few minutes. No matter, Sean kept going up. Man these stairs went on forever.

He then stopped after walking up ten steps and made sure that this wasn't like the Mario game where you had to have a certain amount of stars before continuing onwards. He really hoped it wasn't like that as he went up the steps.

And he had made no real progress. The stairs laughed at any attempt to traverse it. And there really was nothing better for Sean to do.

"Whoa... This is both really cool and somewhat frustrating.. But way more cool.... Time to work on cardio!"
Sean then started to cycle between walking to jogging to a short sprint, then back to jogging, then back to walking up the stairs.

NO! You were supposed to get mad and leave! The stairs would not stand for this and began moving down like an escalator. A very malicious escalator. Overcome the evil stairs or give up?

"Woah! One last sprint."
Sean then began running as fast as he could up the stairs to see if he could actually manage to outrun the steps. It was a win either way to his since it was a good workout and because of how unusual it was, kind of fun.

And Sean managed with a single burst to overcome the stairs and land face first at the top of the obstacle. A loud,"NOOOOO!" is heard as the stairs explode in disbelief. Well, you were stuck going through the temple now. That, or take your chances jumping down upwards of 45 feet.

"Well that escalated quickly....."
Sean then entered the temple and started looking around as he lesurely walked. This was a very odd day so far.

Except he couldn't enter. There was a big stone door with a giant keyhole in the middle blocking that way in.

"Great..... OPEN SESAMEEEEEEE!"
He figured it wouldn't work, but what the hell. He figured that if it didn't work, he would wander around the area to see if he could find a way down.

The door didn't budge and the inclines down the building were too steep to slide down safely. However, maybe there was another way into the pyramid?

Sean started to look around if there was a second entrance, or a means to get to the top of the temple. He figured that if anything, he might be able to find some way in there.

Turns out the entrance was smaller building on top of a larger one (like a layered cake), so Sean could walk around it and inspect it from all sides.

Sean did just that, surprised at how simple the entrance was.
