Crawfish Fettucine

1 stick butter
2 onions, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 quart half & half
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
2 lbs. crawfish tails
Salt, pepper, Tony Chachere to taste

Melt butter, saute vegetables until soft. Add crawfish & 1/2 & 1/2 - simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese - stir until melted. Season to taste. Serve over fettucine (or your choice of) pasta.
