We offer a wide variety of services to help you keep your yard and house looking good. These services include but are not limited to the following: Yard/Alley Work Raking leaves Cutting grass Removing weeds Trimming bushes and trees Cleanup of dead plants/cacti, trash, debris, and dog feces House Work Vacuuming Dusting Mopping Window washing Kitchen cleaning Bathroom cleaning Currently, any required tools (weed-eater, hedge clippers, lawn mower, etc...) or cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop, rags, cleanser, etc...) will need to be supplied by you. The work we are able to do is limited only by the tools you are able to provide. Since the amount of time required to complete the work will vary from job to job, we charge flat rates (based on our initial estimate of the difficulty of the job) instead of hourly rates. This allows us to work at our own pace without making the customer feel that we are wasting their time and money. However, if the customer needs the work to be completed within a certain amount of time, a fee of $10/hr worked will be charged instead. We are available for hire 7 days a week. Jobs can be done in the day or at night depending on the customer's needs. Edited by Keedo, May 18 2011, 06:52 PM.
