Hmm, maybe. I think I haven't been too vicious in the riffs, so maybe it would be not so bad if she saw this.

Always expect they'll blow up, they usually do. But they've got to hear it from someone and if flames aren't getting through then your free to try other ways.

Ye gods, this Mary Sue is almost as bad as Rosa. And the Suethor actually said she DIDN'T think the bitch was a Mary Sue! What an idiot.

Don't you just love how Gandalf and Gimli are always portrayed in a bad light in Suefics, because they're not "totally hawt"? And how Boromir is always evil? And the hobbits are about four or five years old?

Your MST was the only thing that made that piece of crap bearable.

Yes, Sphinxy must be in denial or something. It's just appalling how hard it is for Suethors to grasp that the hobbits are grown men (or in case of Pippin, almost). The portrayal of Boromir is in this fic somewhat different than usual, though. In one chapter Goldenflamesphinx wavers confusingly between positive description and the "sneering villain" theme. But Gandalf is even referred to as "the old goat" in the next chapter I'll post. So much for the wise Maia, then. But well, what can be expected if the Suethor thinks that Sauron made Orcs with the power of his Ring.

I think this fic is the second worse MS ever!

If I had read this story without your comments, Caranthol, I would surely have fallen asleep. Well done on this chapter, and I loved that comment about frozen orcs being sold in supermarkets.

Great riffs! Poor Gimli, poor Gandalf...actually, poor everybody. Honestly, I'd just like to introduce that Sue to Smaug or Glaurung. She'd see how a REAL dragon behaves.

We truly may pity Gimli, in later chapters he is described atrociously. Other "gems" in this fic include a mention of dragon goddess of mercy and writing of dwarves as if they were bad guys (for slaying dragons).

Edit: Actually Goldflamesphinx seems to make her mind up and treat Boromir positively in the end. Well, that's something with these Suethors.

A dragon goddess of mercy? Good grief...

And if the dwarves wre the 'baddies' for killing dragons what were the dragons for slaughtering dwarves?

If I remember rightly, the Suethor mentions "dragons raiding dwarves" only in passing and without any judgement. So much for the canon, then. By the way, the name of the goddess is Tamara.

Great! I loved the two new chapters :)

Incerting Gimli was totally a right idea :) Very good jokes, not at all cliche. I tend to notice some in Jules' works, but you have none. And even if you do, they went unnoticed. Tell me, is this your first MST or you have others?

Keep up the great work! :)

Oh, this is my first try. It's so fun to make these, though, that I thin this won't be the last.

I wanted to write Gimli in, seeing how he is treated in the original fic. It's basically the same as with Boromir, though to a lesser degree. At first the poor dwarf is grumbling and eating like a pig, but later he is depicted a bit more positive. Not very much, however.

I see :) Well, I guessed that it was your first MST, your style is quite original, while authors with many fics tend to repeat themselves and develop their own cliche, which is, as I said, definitely not the case with you :) Also, this new-to-this-ness can be sensed somehow, not in a bad way, but adding again to the originality and the mood of the story. It is a story, not just riffing-at-every-possible-point, and all the comments have valid reasons, not just bad grammar or an expression that can have more than one meaning (i.e. 'offered his hand' or something). Again, good work on it all, keep writing, I love the way you do it :)
