Loved the MST Mac! :) My favourite part:

Mac: OMG I feel my IQ dropping.
Sai: E equals M…something something.

It might be cos I'm on a Science Sugar High at the moment (YAY FOR CERN! THEY DID IT AND WE'RE NOT DEAD!! Well, until Oct 21st when we get the first collision, but still)... but it's really, really funny! I nearly fell out of my chair! If it wasn't for the headphones attached to the console...

Oh Jonas, you mean I have to live through the whole school saying we're going to die AGAIN?

Great MST as usual Mac, I loved the fact that It was concieved out of nothing. Honestly, has she read the appendices? Or even LOTR?

Oh not again, I like learning in Physics not arguing over whether we are going to die or not.

Ahh my eyes, my beautiful eyes. They hurt after reading that story.

"You stand up and scream 'I am not a Sue and I know how to use grammar,' suddenly you wake and realise it was all a nightmare."

Nice MST though.

Thanks all! This was one of the fun ones to do.

As for CERN, my friend and I said good-bye to each other when we signed off AIM, saying that if the world ended, it was a pleasure knowing each other. If not, we'd talk.

Of course, if the end is just a black hole, that would ruin our End of the World party plans.

Darn tootnin' it would! However We need to have a 'We're not dead' party to celebrate not dying today.

I should think many things would be fun to MST while MSTing that thing of Angey's.

Oh I knew we wern't going to die! Well, not on the test run anyway... ;) You'd be amazed how much coverage CERN did not get over here. No one I wished Happy Big Bang day to knew what the Jonas I was talking about. I do love Physics... I'm too itchy for oct 21st!!

Yeah, anything but having to read over one of Angey's masterpieces! ;)

Yeah, CERN was hardly covered at all. I had to explain it to my mom, who was confused why people were saying "Looks like the world didn't explode." My dad's like "Well, I guess we know the answer." To which I replied: "They just turned it on. The first test is next month." I say that God's up there thinking, "Idiots. I created the universe without the possibility of destroying heaven..."

I pray every day and check that Angey hasn't decided to post a sequel to "Two Hearts, One Soul." She seems quiet lately, but I'm guessing that's because school started.

Another very good one. (I get to be a Sue! Fan-tas-tic.)

Although, I'm pretty sure the "repeating the first line" thing was a technical problem. The author didn't do that on purpose.
See, for us, there is no fight. Which is why winning doesn't enter into it. We go on, no matter what. Our firm has always been here. In one form or another. The Inquisition. The Khmer Rouge. We were there when the very first cave man clubbed his neighbor. See, we're in the hearts and minds of every single living being. And that, friend, is what's making things so difficult for you. See, the world doesn't work in spite of evil, Angel. It works with us. It works because of us. ~Reprise (AtS 2x15)

Yes, I've since learned that when I later went to upload a chapter. I go in and add the lines, make sure everything loaded so I know that it tends to repeat the first five or six lines. So this is a notice for any fanfiction.net users lurking about: When posting a new story or chapter, go into the edit function to make sure you delete the repeating first line. However, I decided to leave the joke as it was.

S'a good joke. :)

Yeah, my mum didn't know about CERN at all. She freaked out when I explained it to her.

CERN was like a major thing over here. There was loads of talk of us all dying and I was like 'Stephen Hawking says we're fine, so we will be fine. Idiots'.

You'd think that people would realise their story had the repeated line and edit it. I don't wanna be a Sue though, lol.

Wish it was major over here! *grumble* It's not fun explaining it a thousand and one times all day...

Yeah, that's really inexcusable. I always check out the chapter after posting it to make sure everything went a-okay smoothly. :)

Mac, that was wonderful! I think your best MST yet - and what an appalling story you've found there. Second person narration as well: has anything good come out of this technique, ever, from anyone? Inquiring minds want to know ...

Quote:

Legolas POV:
Mac: She’s changing POV’s in a SECOND-PERSON STORY?
Erik: Break out the charts.

Aargh!

Quote:

He whipped out his swords and gave you a small cut on your hand, and then healed it, right before your eyes!
Quatre: Call me crazy, I’m pretty sure that Legolas does not have crazy magical healing powers.

True. Though he does at least have enough sense to attack the Sue with deadly weapons. Yay! Go Legolas!

I've never read anything major in second person narrative.

Thanks! Yes, I didn't get the POV switches. They're bad enough in third person or first person narratives, but in SECOND PERSON?
