They are brilliant, Aria. They're funny as well and some are quiet sad. |

I like most of the OTP icons--particularly Neville/Luna. I still believe they can be together...I do! But the one of the scene where Harry met James, Remus and Sirius as ghosts. Made me cry...AGAIN. |

Great MST, MacKenzie! I must say the Sue's reasons to kill herself were flimsy at best. And with scissors? Is there any clumsier way? |

A packet of polos? How can the second chapter be worse than the first! *wails* It shouldn't be possible! Describing Elrond as a hunk? That's just plain wrong. One minor point, for Krill anyway, wouldn't she have moved forward in time? It was the year 3000 something in ME during the ring war... |

Oh nice choice Aria. Back on topic. Urg second chapter as bad. Elrond was so OOC and he is not a hunk, that is plain wrong. |

She makes Tracey look sane. And Elrond. A HUNK? Since when? Why didn't anyone ever tell me Elrond was a hunk?! I've been thinking * bows to polite applause, missing the sarcasm entirely*, has krillball ever tried to off herself? Which idiot would want to do it with a pair of scissors, albeit very shiny? A kitchen knife would be more handy, I should think. Or an air embolism. Or sleeping pills. Am I giving her ideas? I do believe that krillball6's brain is as smaller than a baby krill's (or would it be a larva) brain. |

The second chapter is always worse than the first. Look at Angey. And yes, I agree. I'm sure Elrond was probably very good looking, but there is something inherently wrong about describing a millenia-old elf as a "hunk."
I'm not sure. She said in an author's note that she knew how serious suicide is more than we ever know. So it's possible she tried, but I think that since she wrote it at ten, she probably knew someone in either her family or a friend's family who tried/succeeded. And pills is how Trac(e)y gets to Middle-earth in "For the Love of an Elf." |

Yes, and she admits it. And she pretty much tells those who tell her that to bugger off. She says he has to act that way for the story. I'm sorry, but if you need the character to act completely contrary for the story to work, you need to stop and consider two options. If you want to keep writing it as a fanfiction, rework the story with the character in-character or if you want to keep writing the story, acknowledge it's not fanfiction and change the character's name. In my writing class, we were taught to write character-driven pieces--the story bends around the characters. You can't bend the character to fit the story. |

Elrond, hunk. Does not compute. That is really not right. Oh and you'd have thought if she knew some who tried to/did commint sucide she'd understand there's normally things like terrible bullying, depression, feeling unloved and unwanted, failing school ect that make them do it. Not just that 'oh my sister is so mean and schools a little hard wah wah wah.' |

Yes, but in the later chapters, she provides exposition for Sam that suddenly put the suicide into perspective. If it had been better explained in the first chapter or so, it would've been a lot better. Well, made a lot more sense. |

"Mostly, she and Elrond walked around the "breath- talking Rivendell talking?" They walked around where? And krillball is taking suicide way too lightly. It's not something cool. It's not an experience I would want share, not like this anyway. And I definitely wouldn't want anyone to joke about it.
You're probably right. It's not easy to admit it if you've tried it yourself. All of this aside, this girl has something against commas. They're almost completely missing from the story. And why did she have to mention the scissors at all? It's not as if she's related to Sweeney Todd. |

Ugh, most people who have dealt with suicide don't write about it in such a horrible way. Okay, most don't even write about it. I bet she doesn't even know. I bet she's just lying when she says she knows 'more then we know' or whatever the hell she said. Depression sucks. I think that, and he horrible portrayal of Elrond, puts her on my 'worst authors list'. Bloody moron. |
