And raped. I think he's suicidal. That's why he really does these 'brave, heroic' things. |

Hehe, I would be suicidal too, if I was such a horribly written Stu. |

Eew! Does this thing ever develop a plot, or is it just going to be Kalan getting repeatedly violated by orcs? |

Well, the violation's over, now enter fluffy comfort! As for the 'plot', Kalan gets a few new people to worry about him, Theoden for instance. The story stops abruptly before they are even out of Rohan, but I really don't think there would have been anything fancy in store. |

Why do they always use the "Go kiss an orc" insult? I swear, it's not a Sue story unless someone has used this insult. One day, a Sue will say it to an Orc and the stupidity will be at its highest. |

Was it in the movies? That would perhaps explain part of it. |

Wow. Just wow. Super Stu fails to strike. Again. After all the running in the sunny plains of Rohan, Kalan's battery is still not charged. What he needs is an all-expenses paid trip to the Sahara. Why the hell is Kalan surnamed Sadaya? What is he, Japanese or something? The only lapse of logic here being the absence of Japan, not that Sylver would have given much thought to that. Or does it mean she actually did research and came up with an authentic Elvish surname? Touching Kalan is now the "in" thing. We all must touch him and brush and smooth his hair to live satisfied lives. The resident four year olds can give a very good imitation of Gollum without meeting them. Bravo! *starts applauding* Pippin and Merry are "Kalan's little ones"?

Is Sadaya Japanese? I didn't know it, I only thought it was only a random made-up name. I know quite a few Sindarin words (I'm not any master in it, though) but Sadaya isn't one of them. The touching of Kalan gets to new dimensions in subsequent chapters. For example he gets to sleep sandwiched between Elladan and Elrohir, without a shirt on, of course. And the behaviour of the hobbits continues to be as childish or even more than up to now. |

I know you said this isn't slash, but are you sure? This has more gay overtones than "The Fellowship Hits Hogwarts" |

Ah, I meant the first part when I said that. I had read only very cursorily the sequel. But for the Orc rape even the sequel hasn't any very graphic slash, only strong hints, if I have read it rightly (I only browse through the chapters before properly MST'ing them). Sylver stopped writing after chapter 11 or so and said in the author's note in the end of the last chapter that the slashy stuff would be for later. Fortunately that 'later' never came. |

Its very probable that Sylver is too thick to see it is slash. I just hope she lays off mpreg. Oh, and Elrond, who is called father, a brother and a friend by Kalan, calls his son, brother and firend "my love'?! Elf Sandwich?! *gags* I'm glad I'm not drinking anything right now. I just googled Sadaya and it is a Japanese surname. Ladies and gentlemen, Sylver-star Produtions bring to your screen, for the very first time; Kalan SADAYAAA...... The world's first gay Japanese half-dragon LOTR Stu! |

(Fake cockney accent) Get your Kalan Sadaya dolls now. Everyone wants to touch him and here's your chance with the Kalan doll*. Comes complete with a battery that will recharge over random times, wings that rip open his shoulders but will resist snow and the abolty to turn grown Hobbits into four year olds. Get them now before they sell out. Stupid Stu. *Also works well as a voodoo doll of Kalan should you wish to kill him. |
