I just read the end of Chapter Two, urg so horrible. Stupid spanking scene, this strange 'Denathor' bloke was raping Boromir and Faramir when they were kids...so messed up. |

Lol, genius Jules, you actually made the kissing scene bearable. And you actually managed to create suspense in an MST which is very hard to do and I applaud you for it. Poor Boromir, he's going to need serious therapy after this. |

//ORIS: Okay, I know Sindarin is supposed to be a beautiful language, but it's not hypnotic. It doesn't have the same effect as Saruman's voice. TUMNUS: Good thing, or the elves would be half-asleep all the time. // Hah. Probably my favorite out of your sporking was the sporking of her A/N. *grins* |

I do try to keep up a backstory for my riffers, so I'm glad you're okay with it, Fishpaste. And Mackenzie, Boromir is definitely going to want to visit with Aragorn. They've both got a lot to be mad over, what with both "Pride" and "Enna" mangling their characters. Oh, and can Denethor come too? Chapter 5 is when Denethor gets trashed beyond all recognition. |

Great! It won't even matter that Boromir will be gone for a while, since Semirhage and Morgoth are sending up a guest sporker for that awful "Dark Knight" fic, so he'll get to take a vacation in peace, and the riffers won't have to worry about Sauron joining their number again. |

Can't wait! I myself like to write guest sporkers. It's a challenge since you can get comfortable writing the same four to six characters. I especially loved doing "Kiss Me Kate" just because the gang from MASH were so great to write for. |

Forgot all about this:
Try again, sweetie. The Prince of Egypt was a Dreamworks film. It now joins The Swan Princess and Anastasia as "90's Cartoon Film Mistaken For Disney" And once again, another Stephen Schwartz song gets pilfered by a Sue. What's next? Colors of the Wind? Day by Day? Blame the Summer Wind? The Meadowlark? I'd mention Wicked but I'm sure Defying Gravity or As Long As Your Mine has wound up in a story somewhere (besides your parody, Jules). |

After having Sauron guest spork for "The Fellowship Hits Hogwarts," I would agree with you; guest sporkers are a lot of fun. I'm especially excited about the upcoming "Dark Knight" MST, since I'm having Henri Ducard/R'as al Ghul (sp?), the villain from "Batman Begins," guest spork. I haven't read the comics at all, but I do know that in the film, pretty much nothing phased this guy. So while my other sporkers yell and swear at the fic, retch and vomit, smack each other around, bang their heads, and just generally go crazy, Ducard will just be sitting there calmly hurling his riffs at the screen. I have never before had a sporker who, canonically, could endure so well while reading badfic, so it should be interesting.
Whoops! I forgot that myself, so I think one of my sporkers calls it a Disney song. I'll go back and fix it.
Probably. Mind you, I haven't come across "Wicked" songs in the Lord of the Rings fandom, but I do know they get used. "Defying Gravity" was used for no good reason in a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Sue, I remember. I'm a wee bit surprised the Stevens sisters didn't sing it in "What the Heck," seeing as how Crys Evans used every other Disney-style pop song out there. |

I haven't either. However, I did have two borderline Mary Sues (Elle Woods and Giselle from Enchanted) as guests. So it was interesting to write that--while my other sporkers are reaching for sappy sickness bags or rolling their eyes, these two would find it adorable. It was interesting to see how much it would take for them to be disturbed.
That's okay. I had to double check myself. However, I wish these authors would give Stephen Schwartz his due. He's one of my favorite Broadway composers/lyricists.
Oh, I know. I remember reading one in the Harry Potter section where the author was having the characters perform the play! The problem was that she herself had only read the book and not seen the musical, so I left a review having to explain that the book and musical should be seen as two separate entities and to not force the book onto the musical because it wouldn't fit. She didn't listen to me. |

Was that the girl who always writes stories about Hogwarts putting on Broadway musicals? Gordogirl, or whatever her name is? I read an MST of her Harry Potter/Rent fic on fandomination.net, and I remember the fic was downright awful. |

Harry Potter putting on a musical? That really doesn't sound right. Did they make the teachers perform too? |

No, the teachers didn't perform. But her fic about Phantom of the Opera had Remus Lupin and Sirius Black acting as stage managers or something stupid like that, and her Rent fic took place after Dumbledore's death, so Professor McGonagall added a theater to Hogwarts and named it after him. |

I've read a few where Severus was roped into being the Phantom by Dumbledore for some reason.
No. I looked her up to see, but it isn't. Unfortunately, the review I left has left my review archives (stupid Fanfiction.net, only archiving your last 200 reviews) so I can't recall who wrote it. But Gordogirl looks like she would be ripe for MSTs. |
