Dammit! And here I was hoping for your sake that she had discontinued it! *pats sympathetically on shoulder*

“Shikara! You need to wake up! If you don’t then you wont be able to ride with the fellowship!”

Funny, I thought the Fellowship planned to WALK to Moror, not ride...

“Crap!” I hissed my favorite curse making Arwen shake her head at me.

... Because Middle-Earthlings often used 'crap' as a curse...

Quote:

Feanor: If you would like to hear a curse—
Legolas (hurriedly): I do not think that is necessary, Master Feanor. Do you recall what happened the last time you made oaths and curses?
Feanor (sighing): Yes, yes, I doomed Middle-Earth. It matters not.

Actually, I think dooming Middle-Earth would be a big deal! :P

Quote:

Legolas: By “holder”, does she mean “scabbard”?
Will: Presumably.

Darry: *opens mouth*
Glorfindel: *glares*
Darry: *shuts mouth*

Quote:

Legolas: I did not “bash the heck out of you” as you put it! I was merely reminding you that innuendo does not become young women.
Ara: And whacking girls does not become chivalrous Elven warriors.
[/b]

Xaja: Yeah, Glorfindel!
Glorfindel: Shut up!

Quote:

Ara (eye twitching): Bloody. . .tense changes!
Legolas: Please do not lose your sanity whilst we are all in the same room.
Will: It would be hard not to. This Sue grates on my nerves.
Ara: As does the friggin’ grammar!

WHAT grammar?!?

Quote:

“Yes. I saw it in one of my visions. I also saw you-“

D’Artagnan: Naked in a bathtub.
Ara: Valar, that’s disturbing.

I stopped talking and shut my mouth not wanting to say more.

Darry: Okay, that's too gross for even me to handle.
Xaja: *paling* Urgh...

Quote:

*Random pronouns start gathering around the theatre*

Feanor (raising an eyebrow): This is even more disturbing than the mini-Balrogs we get sometimes.
Ara: But can’t you see these poor little parts of speech need protection from the meanie Sues?
D’Artagnan: Ye gods, she’s perfectly serious!

I LOL'd :)

Quote:

“You.” He answered as I frowned.

Obi-Wan (as Legolas): Did you know you had a huge booger hanging out of your nose?

Quote:

Will: And someone has no idea that ‘okay’ is not a term used in Middle-Earth.

You could talk to Glorfindel and Pippin about that...

Oh glory, that was horrible! Great job sporking this! Your riffs at the end were making me literally giggle out loud :D (Maybe not the best thing when I'm supposed to be writing a heart-wrenching angst scene... Mwahahaha!)

Kudos!

Nope - she's actually got five chapters up but she hasn't updated since November or December last year, so I'm hoping she's not going on with it!

But of course they did! *rolls eyes* That's one of the things about Sues that really gets me - talking like a modern-Earth teenager when the Sue is supposedly born in Middle-Earth. This one was probably born on Pluto, judging by the looks of things.

Or maybe they'll fly to Mount Doom on fluffy pink unicorns!

LOL, raising the sarcasm hand! After dooming Middle Earth nothing's a big deal for Feanor anymore. :D

Haha, go Darry!

Oh. Good point, Xaja. At least my poor little pronouns are safe!

Legolas is very pleased that it's too gross even for Darry and Xaja to handle. It's probably even too gross for Cap'n Jack Sparrow to handle.

Jack: No it ain't! I could say a lot of--

*Legolas chucks marshmallows at him*

Yay! I'm glad I got some lolz!

Boo-yeah. Go Obi-Wan!

I could, couldn't I? But the ensuing rant might take too long to get through.

Oh dear, I'm sorry that I've destroyed your AngstFic Mood! But this thing definitely deserves sporkage, wouldn't you agree? ;) Thank you for reviewing!

I wondered about that one myself. It's so that Little Miss Boat can look all sad and angsty enough for Leggy-boy but not all puffy-eyed and looking like she's hungover. Which, incidentally, I believe she is.

I don't get puffy-eye syndrome. It's usually very difficult to tell when I've settled down for a cry.

Wow, really? My eyes take a while to settle but it just depends on how long I've been crying for. I don't cry a lot - I don't cry when I'm sad, I cry when I'm furious. Fall down in fear of my lunacy. ;)

But "Shikara" said that her eyes were red - there's no way that it would disappear within the time span of a few seconds. That's what I was getting at.

Oh that? I get that, it usually takes an hour. I cry over everything. Some of it even has me scratching my head and wondering what's wring with me.

I bitch out at everyone and everything. (Consequently, my language gets much worse :S) And I get cramps... BAD. They've been bad enough some months that I've actually been sick from them. I live off painkilliers for a couple of days...

*takes deep breath*

I was actually cracking up laughing until my family tried to take away the computer... after that I was literally crying with silent laughter.

You did an awesome job!

I just looked up the story on FF and read the next chapter.... I pity you right now. 'Shakara' has some wonderful curses coming up like f...

Elladan: Daisy! No swearing!
Me:But the Sue said it first!
Elladan:I don't care who said it first... just don't repeat it.
Me: <_<

Dear Valar help me! My friend kindly suggested me as a Beta for the story!
*begins to sob* Why did I tell her to read it? WHY?

I'm glad you liked it! It's been worth the sporkage, that's for sure.

I'm doing the latest chapter that she posted right now, and yeah, the swearing is just driving me nuts.

*hugs Daisy* I wouldn't go and beta it, if I were you -- I've read the author's notes at the start of the chapters, and she's not good with receiving any sort of concrit. She thinks that she's been flamed, when all everyone's done is just give her some good advice.

Thank you for reviewing!

I've noticed that too... some people just can't stand being offered help.... (did that make sense?) :D

Yep, that made sense. Hang around reviewing things for long enough and you'll find plenty of that going round.
