Read the MST here
If I promise not to kill you can I have a hug?

My favorite thing about eating gummy bears is that they don't fight back when bite their heads off

Teddies don't hug back, but sometimes they're all you have...

Joker: You know, there are three kinds of people in this world. The optomistic that find the glass half full, and the pessimistic that see it as half empty. Then there's the paranoid, and they just think someone's drinking out of their glass.

Corrigan: Huh, then which one are you?

Joker: I'm the one who knocks the glass over.

Good God, was this for real? Somebody actually posted this...they seriously posted it?

This is as horrible as those "Epiphany to Legolas" poems. Plagiarism of "Greensleeves," no rhyme scheme, terrible spelling, shameless drooling over Legolas...it made me want to shoot myself. Thanks for MSTing it.

Erestor: Yes, Mae. But who is Greenleaves?

Dunno, maybe it's got something to do with the season? "Greensleeves" is the tune used for "What Child Is This?"

I hate Suethors and Baficthors notes. There is a difference.

Jar Jar: *twitches* Hesa’s name not Legolas Greenleaf. It’s Legolas Thranduillion.
Erestor: Legolas means Greenleaf. Why can’t these authors understand that?

Because that:

1) Requires research
2) Requires a brain to do said research

:)

so if there are some things you do not understand then you must read, read, read!

Erestor: *sings* And torture you to hell and beyond

Jar Jar: *sings* Suethor, we’ll rip out your heart
And feed it to the Nazgul.
Erestor: *beat* her last line didn’t even rhyme...
Mae: Well, neither did ours
Jareth: at least ours was appropriate...

Indeed, so you're excused.

Surprise, surprise. <_<

This was just short and sucky, well-deserving of your spork, Mae. Great to hear from you again! :D

Nope, I tried, but I just don't like poetry. Then again, my entire class didn't like it. We came to American Poetry Month and groaned. Of course, constantly doing the end of "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" didn't help--the teacher never believed us when we said we finished it. And she didn't pick it up when we could parrot the responses back to her!

Wow, the "poet" actually got even the name of her lust object wrong! I mean, it's Legolas Greenleaf, not Greenleaves. Now, how sad is that? A good find, Mae, and nice riffs!

Poetry is okayish, I suppose. This was a steaming pile of Orcshit though. (no offense orcs).

I like poetry, but only when it involves weird things like roadkill and dead things.

The fact that she got the name wrong doesn't really surprise me, Caranthol. After all, the Suethor only knew "Orlando Bloom is teh sexxors!"

Oww.

Thanks! Well, I had another computer breakdown two weeks ago. Luckily the repair was covered by warranty and cost me not a penny. Besides, for the last month I've been busy with the obligatory Academic Swedish course so that I can get a lower academic degree. *Sigh* I could go on for a long time about the stupid official language legislation of this country, but I'll spare you of that.

Glad to hear your computer's all fixed!

And I'm glad we don't have an official language here in the US...though I liked my English courses.

Well, we've got two, Finnish and Swedish. The law was made in 1919, when some 12 % of the citizens were Swedish-speaking. Now it's down to 5 % but we 95 % still have to learn Swedish, even though one doesn't even hear anyone speaking it outside of Helsinki and some coastal areas. Pretty stupid, if you ask me.

Edit: Of course the compulsory learning goes the other way around, too. But practically all Swedish-speakers learn Finnish much more easily (because they hear it all the time everywhere, of course).

Ahh. Well, English is just hard all around. I feel bad for the non-native speakers because there are so many rules even us native speakers get confused!
