![]() Health is an important concept to understand. This is because Working, training and even fighting all consumes health. Since health governs how many times you can perform these actions a day. Your current health can easily be determined by looking at the health bar that is found under your username and avatar. ![]() Losing Health Health decreases from various things: - Working -10 health - Training -10 health for each training center used - Fighting -10 health per fight Increasing Health Food. You can increase health by eating food. Depending on how much food you have and the quality of the food, your health will be restored as close to 100 as possible. The eat food button can be found right underneath your health. ![]() There is no real difference in which food you buy, you just may be able to save a few cents buying a certain quality over another. You can only restore as much health as you have restore points, these represent how much more health you may restore at one time. e.g. If you have 300 restore points, you may restore you health to 100 three times. Every hour everyone gains an additional 100 restore points regardless of what level and buildings they have. However depending on what level your town center is, affects how many restore points you may store at one time. With a level 1 Town center, which everyone starts with, you may only store up to 100 restore points. Once you upgrade to level 2 you can store 200, and so on until you reach the maximum of level 5, where you can store 500 restore points. Energy Bars. ![]() Energy bars are another way to restore health. They can be used when you have absolutely no food in your inventory and restore up to 100 health. However it is best to save these for later in the game. This does not affect your food restore points. Health Kits. Health kits can be bought when you have no food and no energy bars left. However it is highly recommended that you do not buy these as they are not worth the 0.5 gold. The only good thing about Health kits is that it does not affect your food restore points.
