[size=5]Spaghetti with Seafood and Jalapenos[/size] (serves: 4) 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced ¼ C. oil 3 jalapenos, seeded and diced 1 lb. crabmeat or shelled medium shrimp 1 lb. spaghetti ¼ C. dry white wine __________________________________________________ 1. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil, and add 2 Tbs salt. 2. In a large skillet (Deep and at least 12"), saute the garlicin the oil until lightly browned, 2-3 min. Add the jalapenos and wine nad bring to a boil. Stir in the crabmeat and remove from the heat; if using shrimp, stir over the heat until just pink and curled. 3. In the pot, cook the spaghetti until about 1 min. before done. Add the spaghetti to the skillet with ¼ cup of the cooking liquid, and cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 1 min.
