[size=5]Slow Cooker Spaghetti Bolognaise Sauce[/size] (serves: 12) 2 C. dried soybeans 4 large tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 large onion, chopped 1 lb. okra, chopped 1 C. pitted green olives 1 C. pitted black olives 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 3 (14.5 oz. ) cans peeled and diced tomatoes ¾ C. grated parmesan cheese 1 C. red wine ¼ C. olive oil 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 T. dried oregano 2 T. dried basil 4 T. Italian seasoning ½ t. pepper __________________________________________________ Cover soybeans with water and soak for several hours, or overnight. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients, mix well. Cook on low for 12 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Can't beat crock-pot lovin'!
