[size=5]Ruben Spread[/size] (serves: 6-8) 1 16 oz. jar of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, cubed 2 C. shredded swiss cheese 1 3 oz. package corned beef chopped 3 T. thousand island dressing __________________________________________________ combine ingredients, cover, and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce to warm, and serve on rye bread. Or use as an appetizer with crackers. Did this one while packing the house. It not only make a quick easy hot meal, but it makes the house smell great too!
