[size=5]Superpasta Stir Fry[/size] (serves: 4)

1 Supergrain Pasta (see note below)
8 oz. Steak or chicken, thinly sliced
¼ C. cooking oil
½ C. chopped green onions
¼ C. green bell pepper cut into 1" thin strips
¼ C. red bell pepper cut into 1" thin strips
½ C. thin sliced celery
½ C. sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 clove garlic

Prepare pasta per directions. Drain. In a large skillet or wok, stir fry meat in 2 Tbsp oil until done Add chopped vegetables, water chestnuts,and garlic. Stir fry for about 1 min. Remove mixture. Add remaining oil and stir fry pasta for about 1 minute. Return mixture to skillet, heat and toss. Season with soy sauce.

Supergrain Pasta is a wheat free/gluten free alternative to regular pasta. It contains corn flour and quinoa flour. Quinoa is a grain, similar to wheat, but doesnt have the same makeup that wheat does that causes some folks to have an allergic reaction. It is commonly available in most health food, or alternative food stores.
