Friend of the Forum Posts: 21 Group: Admin Member #21 Joined: April 10, 2007	[size=5]Ultimate Camp Breakfast Sandwich[/size] (serves: 1) 1 plain bagel, sliced 2 T. peanut butter 1 slice American cheese Ľ C. leftover taco meat __________________________________________________ Spread peanut butter on the cut side of both bagel halves. Microwave the leftover taco meat for 20-25 seconds to warm it up. Place the meat on the peanut butter on the bottom bagel half. Top the meat with the slice of cheese. Place the bagel crown on top of the cheese (peanut butter side down ). Microwave for 10-15 seconds, until the cheese melts slightly. Enjoy (be sure to have a couple of napkins handy)! __________________________________________________ I created this sandwich in the summer of 1995. It was the weekend of staff training week at Camp BaYouCa (Central New York Baptist Youth Camp), and I needed to fix myself some breakfast. The above ingredients were available, so I used them ... and the rest is history. Yes, it sounds odd, but it really does taste pretty good. I'm having one now, in fact -- that's what reminded me to share this recipe with y'all!
