Cider marinated Center cut pork chops (On Grill-It stovetop grill) (serves: 2-4)

2-4 Center cut pork chops
1 C. Apple Juice or Cider
1/2 T. Lemon Pepper seasoning salt
__________________________________________________

Place the cops in a large ziplock baggie. Sprinkle in the lemon pepper. Pour the cider in the baggie, seal it and swish it around so that the lemon pepper coats the chops. Marinade in the refrigerator at least one hour of overnight.

Next pour 1/2 cup of the cider-lemon pepper mixture in the flavor ring (On a regular grill, you can use a metal pie tin). Place chops on the grill, and sear each side 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Cover and finish the chops another 2-3 minutes or until done.
