Befor you will start with flames and critics, you are all invited to post there. I know this forums are not like many were used to .NET 'original' once, but for the start this is good enough. With the release of RTW, TW MP community was effected and almost near end. Many have went after STW and others followed them few years later after RTW has lowered gameplays standards as many referred. There is a phrase about how good it would be if you would be able to get 'good old times back'. But as we know, this is not in our strenghts. Back then .NET was for some people unpleasent place and for others domestic and nice place to share different oppinions. We are different individuals afterall and in this direction we will try to direct .NET itself. I don't know how BI will be (mixed opinions and different estimates how many will continue to play TW on, how BI will be overall etc), but I know that at one part of TW MP community 'survived', not becaus their members would be only addictive players of TW, but becaus there was present maturity and friendship. Many good players and individuals have left TW and went to other games or just stoped with this. Sometimes they might feel 'homesick' and remeber great matches they had and so on (beside real life as well). Are you interesed where they are? Maybe they are interested what his old company is doing. Post at .NET and maybe you will find out. Browsing the internet what is going on with TW, etc – many don't have time and don't feel to. When you will made just one click to .NET, you will have up-to-date informations what is going on in TW MP community. I will not exclude any of TW series thought, not matter what you might think of any othem. Then clan news and so on. I've prefered .NET more then anyother TW site, simply becaus of people who posted there. .NET was what it was becaus of those who were posting there. I've also heard that all those good players united conversations around TW. Maybe it was a lot, but not all what united them. Befor I write a novel, I will mention once more what I've already mentioned. I don't mind if someone like STW over MTW, MTW over RTW, or even those who prefer RTW over both. As long as all of them are able to get along with any 'unmature' remarks. Well you still have Warzone to do that, but Korugane (Irish_Fenian in previous life) will take care to keep it in order thought. Clan news, members news, tournaments, support for all TW series, greeating all who were lost in WoW, Guild Wars, Battle for Middle Earth, Counter Strike (they have one forum where they can have conversation about this if they like), saluting to all who might wonder to the pub and haven't been seen for almost 3 or 4 years. This can be a nice meeting place, something like pub environment. You are welcome, but I can't persuade you to come. It's up to you now. Someone wrote that this community has got what it deserves. ''Nothing.'' . Will you prove contrary? BI will be out 30th Septembe and if its good or not, it will decide about the future of the TW line, but what ever will happen, .NET can continue on.
