Its like command and conq. without the collecting of resources... constant troop drops and strategic captures etc. Dag says its like supreme commander... You tube has several vids of the beta, doesnt look my sort of thing. |

I still think this is a game that's been outdated before it was written... On the plus side, realizing that, they made it work with outdated computers. ![]() Too click-oriented to be that tactical. True about fun, you can get it from the silliest games Anyone got a download version that doesn't work for them?

Its surprising how well this game plays on mp. No lag, no disconnects, and easy to find a server, made for mp. It kind of reminds me of bf2 except from a birds eye view. The random games can be lacking on the tactical element, but I bet a clan 8 vs 8 all with voice chat would be a blast. I didnt have a pc for the whole summer, hence my lack of posting and gaming. Ill log onto xfire sometime and see who's around. Daggy did you get your pc sorted?

Aha! Imperfect, suggestive reasoning! Fallacy!!!! Let's just have a closer look at the issue, so that we can differentiate between the objective truth and your false facts. To begin with, the only excuse of a fact you have in your hands is that I "do not live with my parents". Then, based on that little shred of information, you build an Eiffel Tower of false accusations. I have never disputed that I don't live with my parents. In fact, I freely admit it whenever people ask me. It's the truth, even if a very personal issue. It is entirely in the spirit of the Constitution as the Founding Fathers intended, and I am not afraid to say this in the face of anyone. But even if I don't live with my parents, on what pretext do you mean to say I may not use my mom's oven? Do you want to forbid people from using their mom's oven? It is my right as a citizen to use any oven I choose as long as this doesn't limit the rights of others. More than that, it is my duty as citizen to practice my rights and resist to any uncostitutional restrictions, so that tyranny doesn't take the place of our great democracy. Don't even try to pretend you only made an innocent assumption. What you say is deeply and malevolently suggestive. Worse than that, you are jumping to conclusions without considering even the most obvious alternatives, like that I could be cooking my dinner at my mom's or she could be lending me an oven of hers. In your fanatic blindness, you don't even stop to think about possibilities like these before you make your false accusations. It really makes me sick how people just jump to conclusions this way, saying one doesn't use his mom's oven or threathening with man-made ecological catastrophes. Not only is what you say absolutely disregarding the long history of people who have been using their mom's oven in the past 4.6 billion years, it is deliberatly making a mere possibility sound as if it was certain. This is morally wrong. |

I can't get enough of this game! OMG!!!!!!!
That pretty much sums it all up The multi might be repetitive, i dunno havent tried it, but ive been playin the campaign for two DAYS now STRAIGHT and I still havent finished it, I LOVE IT. Every mission I complete I get worried that its the end of this great campaign and EVERYTIME they come through for me and the loading screen once again appears to the next mission! WORLD IN CONFLICT ROX MY SOX!!!!!! |

Oh and, my favorite part about it is the Tactical Aids ROFLMAO The few multi games I played I trained like 5 tanks just for capturing command points and I used tactical aids to actually kill the enemy. Good players know to always keep moving but for players who dont, its always fun to frustrate them after taking out their whole army of tanks with airstrike or tankbuster ![]() It sucks though when ur infantry get blasted outta the woods with napalm strike  |

Dinadan was the first person i saw use infantry decently eh It's not a game you can play for hours and hours and hours and hours.. but not even as repetitive as TW.. mor emaps for a start ![]() The scope for improving your gameplay is .. well i haven't found an end yet. Campaign tho, whilst great fun I finished in about 6 hrs, woulda been less if i wasn't a lazy perfectionist going after 100% secondary objs. But i suppose that's days of gaming for some ppl. As far as napalm goes, you get to know who will have the ta to get it, who will likely spend their TA on what, to change direction and spread your troops regularly if you can be seen by the enemy, etc etc, there's lots of "tricks" you learn to keep that inf alive. Infantry imo is the best role - I play support more often cause armor allies are so vulnerable without it, but infantry can do anything, demz great. And yeh, TA.. good use of it can pretty easily increase your score by a third. |
