The Supreme Court not only reversed a century of law, it reversed a century of Supreme Court precedent... and a decision just 6 years ago, by a court with a conservative majority, which affirmed another decision by the court in the 90's.

This court just granted multinational corporations the constitutional right to free speech that was put there to protect the people....

Of course these are the same talkers who think the Constitution only applies to citizens and not furreners.... now it's citizens and multinational corporations. Lol.

Go figure.....

Talk about living in denial, the most liberal seat in the country fell to the red based on "(mis)information" lmfao

Yeah, MA is now conservative then?

Ya know, cause a special election between a comically unhuman and ackward Dem candidate (worse than Al Gore) lost to a likeable center-right Repub. And this change from liberal to conservative happened in about 2 weeks, with the Dem going from up 10 to 15 points then to being down about 5 points later, a 15 to 20 point swing.

Misinformation? How about MA voters supporting the MA health care system by a margin of 68 to 27, which is quite similar to the Dem health care plan which they oppose 43 to 48? How is that possible? Well, it's easy if you have no idea that what you have already is the same thing as that scary outrageous stuff they yell about on da Teevee, or arrives in the email from the internets.

loL... What utter nonsense. :P

What the Supreme Court did was limit the power of the Federal Government to infringe on freedom of expression and speech. Nothing more and nothing less.

Quit with your 100 years of law fantasy... :D

Massachusetts is obviously not a conservative state not so it's obvious you completely miss the point. :D

The majority of the +- 20 point swing in the polls occurred after Washington liberals rammed past health care on Christmas eve.

Message sent to Washington on a silver platter. ;)

Yeah, exactly. MA voters were pissed about having their own state program, which they support, apply nationally. I'm sure that makes perfect sense when Fox et al tells you that storyline.

You'll have to explain it to me why it is bad that the US Attorney General wants a conviction that's entirely in accordance with the US legal system.

In part due to various issues that came up with regards to sharing of information between the FBI and CIA during the investigation of the 1st World Trade Center bombing that happened during the Clinton administration.

That's more than a bit too vague to justify suspending the legal system.
