Genre of Story I think a satiric romcom, just because. Mood of prompt Subtly humorous and still kinda happy. I think. Give the names of the characters and your setting: Yeaaaaah. Ahem. I dunno. I've been toying with the idea of writing Romilda and Oliver (NOT IN THE SAME STORY... I think :P) Mostly anything but Next-Gen and Trio people (like, ACTUAL Trio people). A quote/lyric/saying/proverb to go along with your story: A couple Wilde quotes (:elena:): It is absurd to divide people into good and bad. People are either charming or tedious; and A man can be happy with any woman as long as he does not love her.. Um, I'm hoping for a one-shot plot, but I'll happily start another WIP just because :P Thanks in advance! :D |

No one can call Romilda Vane ugly - far from it. But gorgeous looks just don't seem to work for her. She's tried love potions, good luck charms, and other tactics, but she just CAN'T get a guy to fall for her. Desperate, she peruses Muggle romance novels like Pride and Prejudice and Wuthering Heights, determined to learn from these women. She will fall in love the old-fashioned way. What does this mean for the current object of her affection, Oliver Wood? God knows. Because Romilda is no quitter - she WILL get what she wants. HAHA GUBBY. Your job is to satirize the "typical romance." Can you do it? :P actually, do you like the prompt? I suck at summaries x_o |
