tiffany doberman vs cat - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_p9RlJMqH...

Watch that video and try not to get sad.

The cat did nothing wrong, he throws stuff to get it out of the tree and by the end of the video it's dead.

His youtube account gives away his name; And people are saying this is his information; "His name is Carlos Sujohz of Monclova Twp, OH

His work is,
Hirzel Canning Co & Farms
(419) 693-0531 411
Lemoyne Rd Northwood, OH 43619

The local animal cruelty line for him is His local Animal Cruelty Hot line:
419-891-9777

Call and report this. "

Is there anything we can do to get that fucker in prison or fined or something?

GRR I wanna put a bullet between his eyes

Oh god, I feel sick to my stomach right now...

I'm not a huge animal lover, b-...

Well, I guess I do love animals.

The point is, what was done to that animal was cruel and completely unnecessary. It's people like that in society that I believe should receive the death penalty.

Then again, if I was in command of the world, probably a sixth of the human population would be executed for their terrible deeds.

'Poor fucked up kid'? I feel no sympathy for that jackass... and was he even a kid?

Well I can't find the video because it has been removed by the user, but I have a better question...

Who the fuck cares this much about animals and not as much about humans?
America has 3,800 animal shelters, but only 1,500 for battered women.

In my opinion help our own species first. Yeah it's sad what happens to cats and dogs and etc. but why care more for them than our own people?

Sorry to say, Craggon, but that's off-topic. I can definitely understand where you're coming from, but no one suggested that pets should be prioritized over other humans in this topic.

But as for my own comments on this: wow... just, wow. I'm quite an animal lover myself, particularly of cats and dogs, so atrocities like this don't hold over well for me. I hate dicks like this guy...

PS: Link is dead, as was previously mentioned, and I couldn't watch the video, but I know well enough that he deserves to rot in jail.

Sorry to be off topic again but if half the people who others say "deserve to rot in jail" were actually in jail, the already overcrowded prison system would swell to number unimaginable. We would have huge spikes in taxes and new facilities would have to be made. People are being let out as it is and no offense but people who harmed animals would be close to the top of the list after non-violent offenders to be let out. So whereas it would be nice to send them all to an island somewhere and either let them live with no support from us or, praise your religious figure we actually get the go-ahead and mass-exterminate them all, it's not going to happen and these people will continue to get away with these things. As sad as it is.

Okay time for my more on-topic part. Whereas I would give aid to humans first, I still don't think animals should be treated as such, and I say burn the SoB's that treat their animals in ways we would deem wrongful to another humanbeing. (while we're at it, burn the people who do those same things to other humans ;) )

Well, of course. Plenty of people who deserve to be in jail are essentially home-free (and may very well be their whole lives). But in addition to this man's bout of animal cruelty, I'd also say that if he's retarded enough to post this video on YouTube, he truly deserves to rot behind bars. XD

I agree, Craggon. Both the people who harm animals and other people need to burn. >:3

Unless of course, the person harmed had it coming to him.

Hmm.

Personally, I think that the death penalty should be more easily received. Sure would save us a lot of cash...

Or, I suppose, we could just not make prisons like big hotels.

In my opinion they should do like the plot of that spy movie with Rowan Atkinson (the guy who plays Mr. Bean) where they were going to turn Britain into a huge island prison. We should do that but with a different island. Throw them there and let them prepare their own food and shelter.

The reason the death pentaly is technically more expensive is because the average wait on deathrow is 25 or so years due to the fact that anyone given the death penalty has their case automatically appealed. If we did away with this shit and had a review board for each person whose case is possibly questionable and not just an easy hit with proof and all (as we see in this video, damning evidence, no question about it).

This would cut waaay back on our spending and make the country a much better place. Plus, with the increasing strictness on crime and punishment we would be detering further criminal activity to a certain extent.

Exactly, because in the current system, jail is ten times better for most of the prisoners than where they came from, making it a desired result of their actions. Plus, jail is supposed to 'rehbilitate' criminals, and it's obvious that it fails misserably in that aspect.

As much as I love kitties I don't think this kind of thing is really punishable by death or life imprisonment. Simply put, a non-sentient animal like a cat just isn't worth putting someone to death for. Yes, what he did was wrong and deserves punishment in accordance to the cruelty to animals act, but we also have laws against cruel and unusual punishment. The punishment must fit the crime, and, in this case, death or life imprisonment does not.

But fining him a shit load of money would be just fine. ;)

We don't have laws against cruel and unusual punishment so much as a statement of our right to not be submitted to cruel and unusual punishment. Also if someone were given a true-life imprisonment for almost any crime, no one would argue cruel and unusual punishment. Only when it comes to the death penalty and possibly the more creative decisions by the judges, does that come into play. What it all comes down to is whether or not the jury or judge, depending on what kind of trial he got, would be comprised of like-minded people. A jury of his peers doesn't mean all cat lovers, all animal lovers, nor all animal haters, etc. It would be hard to prove this case unless it was a Bench Trial due to the varying oppinions of the jurors, unless they had differences of opinion but were bright enough to see the evidence and go ahead with it.

I still think he should burn if nothing else then as an example.
