Name: Relic

Age: unknown

Rank: Reaper

Codename: Enigma

Faction: Fenix Industries

Fenix Industries is a newly formed underground crime organization that is based on smuggling weapons under the radar. Armed with some of the most dangerous secrets, they are often sought out for information by factions such as The United Nationalists and the African Alliance.

Founded by Asteridax Fenix, a TUN officer-turned-crimelord, Fenix Industries has already claimed large amounts of territory within the Asian continent. Having two headquarters, one above Las Angeles and another in Tokyo, the latter takes a darker side and name- The Rogue Empire. The darker side is made up of rogue units, the majority being corrupted with greed and power.

The organization level is well planned, due to the young age of this particular guild. It is based upon a mixture of a ranking and caste systems, where the castes would also serve as an individual's rank.

Race: Human, presumed

Motto: "Death? Why this fuss about death? Use your imagination, try to visualize a world without death! ... Death is the essential condition of life, not an evil." (quoted by Charlotte Perkins Gilman)

Profession: Ex-Spartan, Reaper

Being a Reaper for the Rogue Empire is one of the greatest honors for any rogue. Reapers are used exclusively as hitmen against Mr. Fenix's personal enemies. What separates them from the crowd is that each Reaper is also an ex-spartan, and ex-Tun Officer. They each have their own personal combat style, and Relic is no different. They kill for fun.

Weapon(s):

• Weapon Anti-Vehicle M6 "Hellbringer"
Posted Image
The M6 "Hellbringer" is a vehicle/shoulder-mounted direct energy weapon created by Fenix Industries. It fires an extremely powerful red chemical laser capable of destroying vehicles and infantry with one accurate strike. When the trigger is pulled, a harmless red sighting laser is projected on-target along with a charging sound. The M6 will then charge for five seconds before firing its powerful and destructive burst. As the weapon charges, the charging tone gets notisably louder up until the laser is fired. The charging sequence can be canceled if the target moves out of sight or the wielder needs to change position. The weapon carries a battery large enough for ten consecutive blasts but must connect to a capable power source to be recharged.

• Weapon Anti-Personnel Gauss SMG
Posted Image
Its magazine allows it to carry 60 rounds of 7.62X51mm SAPHE (Semi Armor Piercing, High Explosive) ammunition. It fires at a velocity of 427 m/sec (1300 ft/sec) with an extremely high rate of fire. This high rate of fire combined with the weapon's relatively low weight leads to inaccuratacy when fired for long periods of time. Therefore, careful moderation of aim is required to maintain accuracy. It also sports a telescoping stock and fore-grip.

Misc. Equipment:
• Customized Adamantium High-Density Battle Armor
Posted Image
High-Density Battle Armor is custom forged by Fenix Industries as a means of countermeasure against TUN military tactics. This advanced battle suit was the first to fully integrate with the user's body. The suit plugs directly into the user's nervous system through a standard issued Neural Interface. The suit's many functions (communications, hydro-static gel levels, environmental systems, etc.) respond to commands issued by the user's thoughts and movements. This is also the first design to successfully utilize the reactive metal liquid crystal as a means of enhancing locomotion. It flawlessly enhances the speed and power of the wearer, a sharp contrast to previous versions which required powered motors to allow the users mobility. Because of this advancement, the design more closely resembles an actual suit of armor, as opposed to a powered exoskeleton. On one level, the user moves the suit, and in return, the suit moves the user. This allowed for an incredibly compact design when compared to the previous incarnations. The suit is air-tight, hardened against vacuum, and features air-filtration systems as well as a built-in urine-filter. Also, the armor can heal minor to moderate injuries over a course of time, due to an onboard supply of biofoam, which is automatically injected into the wearer's body, filling and sealing wounds, and numbing the pain. This new capability eliminates the need to manually apply a medkit or seek a field medic in order to tend to injuries. The biofoam effectively treats all but the most critical wounds, stabilizing the wearer and allowing him to perform his duties, even while injured, until such a time as more extensive medical attention can be safely applied. It is also likely that the suit automatically increases the pressure level of its hydrostatic gel as the wearer is falling. According to the veriza files, the battle armor also includes a "lockdown" mode, where the suit retains a rigid form upon sustaining heavy trauma, most likely to avoid further injury. The "backpack" and belt contain a series of magnetic clips to carry unused weapons, grenades, 'munitions, et cetera.

Only two suits were created, the other created as a counterpart of this particular suit, and is worn by Mr. Fenix, himself.

It has been rumored, but never confirmed, that Relic may have nano-machine enhancements. The suspicion comes from his strength, speed, and reflexes displayed during battle, however it is hard to guess whether these abilities come from his power armor or from nano-injections.

• Trip Mine
The trip mine is activated by proximity or touch. It has a distinct circular shape. Once deployed, it can be identified by a high pitched beeping noise and a distinctive flashing green light on its top. Its blast radius is considerably larger than a grenade explosion or rocket explosion allowing vehicles and small 'mechs to be thrown into the air. The trip mine can not be deactivated once deployed.

• Incendiary Grenade
The Type-1 Antipersonnel/Antimateriel Incendiary Grenade is a multipurposed infantry explosives munition, and can be thrown 10 meters (32.81 feet) by the average soldier. Upon impact with a hard surface, the casing converts to liquid form, burning at 2760 °C (5000 °F) and causing significant damage to vehicles or infantry alike, automatically killing all nearby infantry in a 3.4 meter (11.15 foot) radius. The gel-like filler substance also escapes from the burning casing, splashing over nearby objects and causing significant damage as it burns for 8.25 seconds. When not in use, the case caps can be folded down to use less space.

• C-12 Shaping Charge
C-12 Shaping-charges or C-12 SCs are used mainly for heavy demolitions and can also be used as weapons. This compound is extremely dangerous and very volatile. A small 6x6x6 inch cube alone can level a five story building. It's solid, but malleable enough where it can be shaped into different forms to stick to surfaces better, and is detonated with a remote detonator. Used commonly among Special Operations teams, C-12 charges can be used to delete or "erase" any possible evidence of that a "Ghost" team was even there. As a fail-safe, Relic is equiped with few of these charges to assure that no evidence would be left behind.

Description: Relic is seen wearing his High-Density battle Armor at all times. The suit itself is hermetic, completely sealed from any hostile exterior environment. he stands under 6'8" tall, and weighes roughly around 300 pounds in his armor. He sports his Weapon Anti-Vehicle M6, and two Weapon Anti-Personnel SMGs, along side with two trip mines, four Incendiary Grenades and three C-12 Shaping Charges.

Background: Upon seeing Relic--hearing the crackled, synthesized voice over his external speakers and witnessing his methodical and heartless actions--one truly does wonder whether or not this figure before them is wholly man or machine. He personally never says anything to either confirm or deny this. His last biological records even in the Spartan databases have been long lost, or were never existent to begin with. Many, even among the pirates and mercenaries, reckon he is a cyborg at least, if not a full android. But one fact is indisputable, he is cold. He is ruthless, uncompassionate, and terrifyingly poignant when he wishes to be. He will kill and move on without second thought. His words are few and highly pitched from his suit, but nevertheless as sharp and as cold as a scalpel lying in the tray of a chill operating room. He looks at people in terms of the threat they pose; those deemed as one are treated immediately and permanently, those not are ignored only for the moment—but never wholly disregarded.

He will not toy around with his opponents. He is blunt and direct when not actively holding stealth. Efficiency is his only style; he does not care for splatter and fanciful methods of killing when a simple single shot is all that will suffice. He will deal with opponents the simplest and quickest way possible only because he does not intend to waste time, resources, and effort any more than he has to.

However do not mistake him as a sociopath. He derives no pleasure from killing, nor does he relish the action of inflicting pain. He will just as coolly walk past you as he would shoot you in the face. He does not care whether people live or die, he merely deals with "obstacles" as he sees fit. If dealing with said obtrusions requires slaying, then that is what must be done. These obstacles may be anything as serious as a guard shooting at him to something as trivial as merely asserting his standing in a bar; in both instances there will be shots fired and bodies strewn across the floor.

He is as cold and uncaring as the vacuum of space. Neither his own life or death matter to him. When on assignment, only the objectives hold priority. Currently only the Rogue Empire holds his loyalty, and to what extent even that holds those not in the clandestine criminal organization can only guess. That is not to say he cannot be crossed, even if he never displays any anger or emotion. Those who have drawn his ire will only see how harsh the cold heart of the void can be.

Relic went rogue after his third operation as a Spartan. He just couldn't take the concept of patience. He had a twitchy trigger finger. He was young at the time. Now ~Almost two years later~ Relic has formed a better sense of control over himself. He allowed himself to get captured, and to this day he resides somewhere within a TUN prison.
