Attacks/moves:
Fire bursts/streams: Blasts or continuous streams of flames of varying heat and intensity
"Flame skating": Enhanced movement by spewing flames from his feet. Resembles skating
Dragon thorn: Thin, brittle thorns erupt from the ground and burn any open skin on contact. Cuts from this technique are incredibly painful and cannot be healed for approx. 3 minutes
Smoke screen: a wall of smoke for escape


Equipment:
Draco rifle: His main weapon, Arzev has a mental uplink to it via his watch. With it, he can change the zoom, burst rate, and length of the barrel on the fly, allowing him to use it at long and medium ranges comfortably, and even short range if necessary. I can fire regular bullets, but usually fires incredibly hot (hot enough to counter Water/Ice Mutants), explosive energy rounds. These are powered by crystals that house his fire rune power. Each crystal has 30 explosive sniper rounds, or 150 machine gun rounds. He charges them after each battle. The rounds burn through their target for one second before exploding. However, Arzev usually disables the explosive effect, so as not to kill so much as injure and remove from battle. Because it fires energy, it is almost completely silent and difficult to track.
Bowie Knife: Used in close quarters.
Dual "Deagles: Twin modified Desert Eagles that are used for back up. Each one has one crystal in it, allowing for 50 shots each. They are incredibly powerful and, like the Draco, burns through the target. However, as they are close quarters weapons, they do not have an explosive finish.
Colt Magnum: A revolver with a fire crystal in each chamber. His "last resort weapoon" it fires an entire crystal. It consumes the target in flames that will burn for hours, even after the target is destroyed. It is designed to take out Deity Mutants and even Fallen Deities by over-taxing their healing ability via continuous, painful burning.

History: Standard mercenary affair, he enlisted in the military after running from home. He became disenchanted with military life and became a mercenary for the pay and chance to explore. In all seriousness, this guy would probably be someone that is in the city of Pelocerni. There's also explaining how he got his Fire rune mutation, what place he'd be coming from or has traveled to, and so on. Appearance, personality, and basic strengths and weaknesses would also be nice.

So far I can say the gun would work as an alchemic creation that would come from Orplen in it's war days, and the watch would possibly be technological or Bioatomical "wielded on" and fused into his wrist in a mutation accident to gain the mind link.
